I cannot recommend this program strongly enough! Shannon helps you be what you want to be. I am the…read moresame person I was before her program - yet simultaneously completely different. I had been on an exhaustive 10-year career search, looking for a position that fit others' expectations of where I should be next . . . Not realizing that the career I was already making for myself, was most closely aligned with my values, beliefs, and desire to live a balanced, yet well-paid life that puts my happiness, and presence for my children first. (As Shannon put it, I am like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz - in that I didn't need to "look any further than my own back yard.") I wanted clarity over the future direction of my career, and to get to where I want to be. This goal was met due to the expert advice of Shannon. My product and brand has been strengthened, and I am much more mindful and intentional about the career decisions I make. Shannon listens, then reminds you what you said is important to YOU, rather than fit you into a cookie-cutter program. I wholeheartedly recommend the Whole U. process.

Thank goodness for Stephanie!!!…read more I decided to look for a life coach when I felt like therapy wasn't exactly what I was looking for (I had previously been working with a therapist and didn't feel it was the right route for me). I did some initial research online for life coaches in the area and set up a consultation with Stephanie, this was at the beginning of March. I have been chatting weekly ever since. I feel like Stephanie and I had an instant connection. She completely understood what I wanted to work on and helped me through some big life changes. Changes like losing a loved one (or two in my case!), looking for a new job/career, and everyday life struggles (trying to stay healthy, how to reconnect with lost friends, how to communicate better with my husband). She has been such a positive influence for me and helps me work through even the littlest of problems (without ever making me feel like it is a little problem). One of the many accomplishments we worked through was getting a new job! She helped me through "mock interviews", how to negotiate salary, and how to get through the first few weeks of work. I thought to myself, once I'm settled at my new job, I feel like I can stop working with Stephanie as often as I do. But I can't. I love her positive vibes, the way she can make me rethink a problem or issue, and that sometimes things that I may have not thought were bothering me, come out in our conversation naturally. Stephanie is easy to talk to. I feel like when I'm talking through anything, there is never judgement or criticism. Only positive feedback. And that's what has really made me love working with her. Now I've become a super positive person as well. Our talks have made me look at things or problems a different way and reevaluate how i can make my decision. Even my husband has noticed a change! I'm so grateful that in my "google search" Stephanie was there and I made the decision to consult with her. So to Stephanie: Thank you, thank you, thank you....You are the best! :)
