I appreciate that they do this, it shows that care about the client! They could pierce any body part but they choose to be intentional to set up the client for success. But the wait times were very inaccurate. Said it would be 35-45 minutes to look at my piercing, not even getting a new one just a checkup. I waited over an hour and a half before I had to leave because I had an appointment to get to, which I had told them about upon my arrival. They only do walk-in's, which I understand, but that is the kind of wait I could expect anytime after 5pm, I was told. Additionally, two folks who came in after me were taken back before I was without explanation. The folks who came out while I was there looked to be pleased with their piercings. I didn't get to experience the service so I can't leave a review of what it would be like. The prices were great so I assume you pay in waiting time. If you can't handle strong smells, don't go. They have a whole section of incense right next to the waiting room and if you wait as long as I did, you will walk out smelling like it. They have a good selection of jewelry, glass accessories, and other trinkets.

These piercings NEVER healed because the staff pierced my ears very low and poorly. I came with another group of friends for their piercings a different time after. The man who did pierce us the last time helped with my friends with their paperwork and a woman pierced them instead. I got something pretty small and straightforward forward yet my artist failed to put the "s" in…read morelowercase so now I have an uppercase S above a lowercase b. The tattoo healed horribly, the lines were clean when I left and within a couple of weeks the ink started bleeding out leaving hardly any gaps on the a and now it looks like a blob of black ink. I have had several tattoos since and every artist has told me that they went way too deep and looked like they were trying to cover up a mistake. Funny enough I asked for something a lot thinner than I got and will definitely be covering this up.
