Large selection of parts, but have them deliver, because the inside of this place is not very sanitary!

Review for 2015 Chevy Tahoe Transmission Service (Terrell & Dallas Locations)…read moreI've been dealing with transmission issues on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe since 2021, when I first had the transmission replaced. Over the past 4 years, my truck has been in and out of the shop more than 20 times, each visit lasting 2 to 4 weeks. Despite all this, the transmission continued to slip while stopped and shift hard from 3rd to 2nd gear. I was repeatedly told: The torque converter was bad--it's been replaced over 10 times. The issue was due to bad mechanics, but I was assured a new tech would resolve it. I dealt with 4 different individuals and multiple techs across both locations. Three weeks ago, I dropped my truck off again and spoke with the person I've been working with for the past two years. After a week, I was told my vehicle had not been serviced properly under warranty. I was shocked--how could that be after so many visits and torque converter replacements? I was told it didn't matter. After a 30-minute discussion, he agreed to fix the issue but said he wouldn't make money from the repair and asked me to help pay. I refused, and he finally agreed to fix it--but said my warranty would be void. I picked up my truck this past Saturday. I was told a mechanic would ride with me to confirm the fix--that didn't happen. Then I was hit with a $510 charge for the TCM, which apparently wasn't covered by the warranty. I asked to speak to the owner multiple times and was refused. I was told, "Don't contact us again." To top it off, every time I picked up my truck, it was returned with an empty gas tank--even this last time. When I asked about it, I was told, "How did you think cars drive? They need gas." Unbelievable. I have messages and written statements backing up everything I've said, including one that reads: "Wow, you've been very patient with us. I would probably handle things differently if I were in your shoes." I've tried to be respectful and patient. All I ever wanted was a properly functioning transmission--not 4 years of frustration and financial burden. I wonder if the owner will reach out to discuss, if not.. oh well.. lesson learned from me. Even though I was treated like trash, I won't lower my standards and mention all names that were involved.

I main reason i selected these guys was there advertised lifetime warranty. Fast forward a year later after the 5,000 i paid in cash for a "quality service" was anything but that. i kept calling and texting to schedule a service when the vehicles were under the 25k warranty they have in contract. the employees kept blowing me of saying they were "swamped" and it would be about 2 weeks before they could get to it. this went on for months until the trucks would not even move. Now im a business owner with 2 trucks that are in operatable and "out of warranty because this business doesn't kept there word PLEASE CHOOSE ANYPLACE ELSE.

M&M Auto Service is tuck away in a strip of buildings right below Trinity Mills Rd in Carrollton…read more He specializes in Mercedes repair but has been excellent with both my Lexus LS400 and my company Ford F150. I have been so dissapointed with my mechanics from the past (Christian Brothers, Guy built into NAPA in Coppell). I would start to get a bit of confidence in them and then they would do something shady or dishonest to ruin it. Moe at M&M is different. My coworker brought me along with him to pick up his car and when my Lexus LS400 started having issues I brought it in. That was about a year ago and I have come to Moe for everything from oil changes to engine repairs since then. Every time I come in he works hard to find out the REAL problem with the car and fixes it. He will look around and try and find the best buys on parts for your car as well. He has saved me countless amounts of money and I could not be happier with him. I have finally found a mechanic for life. GIVE HIM A TRY!!!!!

I highly recommend checking out m&m and will be a loyal customer forever!! He didn't even want to charge me for checking my car and telling me what was wrong, and he didn't have to fix anything. His honestly and customer service are so rare in this world today. Thank you a million times!!!
