Sorry, Whataburger, for scoring you so low. I do not know if I have ever eaten at a Whataburger and if I have it has been years I have been told that Texans favor this particular franchise. I was traveling through so decided to get just an original hamburger at the drive-through.. I have no idea what the original had on it but I just told them I would like for it to be made how the original hamburger is usually made. When I went to the window, they asked me if I wanted ketchup and I did not order french fries so I guess I thought they thought I needed ketchup, but I said no thank you. I did ask them what actually went on this sandwich and I'm pretty sure they said mustard ketchup, but no mayo and I requested for them to please add mayo. The sandwich looked like a tasty choice until I held it to take a bite. The moment I touched the bread it felt very stale. And as I started to eat the sandwich, the bread started cracking a lot. I then thought I definitely taste the mustard so I pulled the bread away and as you can see in the picture the amount of mayo that they slightly applied on it. If it was supposed to have ketchup on it, I suppose they left it off because they asked me did I want ketchup. But that was a little confusing because I did request for them to make the original sandwich as is . With the bread being so dry, I peeled the top of the bun off the hamburger in order to at least try to enjoy the beef. Anyway, that's why I gave it. Two stars. Not impressed. read more

Ordering ahead isn't always a time-saver. The app estimated that our food would be ready between 8:26 and 8:29a. We arrived at 8:30a, parked in Space 1, checked in, and by 8:40a, my mom hopped out to go inside and grab our food. The parking lot had a handful of cars (no where near busy) and the drive-thru was empty. I've had good experiences eating inside, but ordering ahead here has always let me down. read more

If I could leave less than one star for this dog & pony show, I would. This is long, but stay if you have time for a dead honest review. I also want to say that while Lanie is going to get a lot of heat in this review, it is only because she's the only one whose name tag I could see without visiting the cook stations. Before ordering, I asked what was actually on this hot pepper pimento chicken sandwich thing that is being currently hyped as a seasonal sandwich. Lanie was confused by the question. After asking not only a second but a third different way, she went to the back to ask someone the answer. She said "onion, lettuce, tomato." Now, I might be blind, but the color picture doesn't have any of that on it, but there is some viscous ingredient I had to eventually assume was pepper jelly. I ordered the chicken sandwich just as pictured, with no lettuce, tomato, or onions, with onion rings. We ordered a second sandwich the same way, as well as a burger they did not screw up, and some fries, which were fine as well. The drinks were top notch, mostly because they are self serve. Our order was placed at 6:09pm. When the order came out, there was one chicken sandwich, some onion rings that were burnt like they'd been tossed in a bonfire, and the burger & fries. Missing one whole chicken sandwich, and upon unwrapping the other, discovered the pimento cheese chicken sandwich missing pimento cheese altogether, despite it being a main attraction ingredient. We asked for the missing sandwich, the missing pimento cheese, and onion rings that were not burnt, to which we heard (presumably) the onion ring chef sarcastically yell out, "Well, they're gonna have to wait!" We were happy to wait, because these were hot garbage. I got back a chicken sandwich back with a tablespoon of pimento cheese on one corner of the sandwich and a burger (that was not missing), but no missing chicken sandwich. We sent the burger back and eventually got back a chicken sandwich. I went to wait at the counter, and no one ever came to see what I needed. I think Lanie was hiding because I was HEATED at this point. At 6:41, a full 32 minutes after placing our order, Lanie came to the front with a bag of "onion rings that aren't burnt. I might have rolled my eyes when I took the bag but I'm not sure. The onion rings were not, in fact, burnt, but every person had finished their meals, and they even threw in a rock hard, pre-packaged, also inedible cookie to sweeten me up. NEVER should you EVER try to eat here on a weekend if this inept crew is the regular weekend one. I didn't even ask for a manager because I didn't trust the judgment of a single person employed here this day. I already questioned why people seem to like Whataburger, but this experience cemented my extreme dislike for them in general. If you're still here, gods bless you, and now you know what a flaming dumpster fire this location is. read more

They could not get an order correct had to send it back 3 times to get it right, opened the bag after we left and order was wrong again on 1 order. The items were way to salty to eat. Such a waste of money! I do not recommend this place at all! read more

Ordered one combo and asked for no cheese. Got cheese. They seem to prioritize moving you quickly from the drive thru window to a parking spot over getting orders correct. I've worked drive thru and I know this is corporate trying to "lower" the window time. It's stupid and all it does it make the employees focus on all the wrong things. Usually I wouldn't be so petty but I asked kindly for no cheese cause it makes my body implode and my god that's pretty friggin simple. Done coming here read more

The food is great! However, if the person at the speaker/window would actually listen instead of rushing through the order, it may be better! I asked for onion rings instead of fries and still got fries. I asked for unsweetened tea and still got sweet tea. My diabetes didn't appreciate that! I ended up just throwing it out once I got home. Just pay attention to the order! read more

My breakfast burger was fine but fries were cold and old. I went inside after getting it curbside delivered due to my drink being flat and then realized all there drinks are flat. That is the third time I have been at this new location and have yet to had a coke from there. It seems like no one care there and there is no accountability at this location.
