We live in Porter TX. We don't go to this whataburger anymore. They are almost entirely focused on the drive thru. If you walk in to order...expect to stand there while staff glance at you but keep doing something else. It feels as if it is a bother attending you. After three consecutive bad experiences, we just go to a different location...or just not to Whataburger. read more

Had an issue with my order, had to go inside and speak to the manager. Even though I was a bit bothered she (Diane) remained pleasant and calm which helped me remain calm resulting in her positive attitude deescalating the situation. We were able to communicate and resolve the issue. Diane deserves recognition for her professionalism and commitment to delivering excellent customer service. PS, What started off as being a bad experience became a humbling/pleasant experience. Great Job! read more

The worst Whataburger I have ever been to! Uncooked, cold burger! I definitely will not ever be coming here, again. read more

Bad handling manager. Drive through girl didn't listen good cause some noice on her ear then I asked someone else young manager coming to window with angry face and full attitude mode lol I just make sure my order was right. She thought I'm angry or mad but I wasn't her attitude little changed that was more funny. 2 times row or bad onion rings one time burger was messed up. But that time no attitude nice handled I liked that time. Today's manager pls pay attention to your professionalism. I don't want go there again read more

Delicioso Sooo Very Good Nice People. Good Service Enjoy Good Food and Good Service. Love all of the special offers

Waited forever for our food. Three people working. One is sweeping, walking around and wiping things down. The other took our order and then went on break I guess. The third was working the drive through. Terrible!!!! read more

Whataburger, what kind of meat did you serve us on our burgers tonight? I could not even chew some of it and the new Southern Bacon Double Burger is nasty!! I will not be back!! read more

Returning back home my husband and I decided to get fast food! Not fast at all!!! it took 30 minutes to get hamburgers, our order had vanishes out of the blue! Not only was the customer service poor but no one offered a solution. The manager made the situation even worse when I told them all customers after us were gone and all the cars in the driveway gone too!! He never apologized of any wrong doing, just a "we were busy " I made sure to tell them in Spanish & English how disappointed I was. I asked them if my husband's skin color made them all to act in that manner!!! I think so!! The manager & crew need customer service training or just get another competent manager!!!!! read more

The service was nice the workers were really king and helpful. But I my friend got a large fry but they didn't give it to her and they mad us pay for it still other than that the food was good. read more

This place serves a great burger when ever your craving a burger on the road, this is my go to when ever I crave a burger while driving

I've been to this Whataburger two times since I moved here less than a month ago. Every time I order is correct, the customer service is awesome, and my food is hot and fresh. It doesn't matter what time of day I've gone it's always been great. Keep up the good work! read more

The night manager at the Porter, TX Whataburger is VERY rude. My family had already ordered food and was sitting BEFORE the lobby closed. I was halfway done with my burger when she came up to the table and said for us to pack up our food and finish it in the car because the lobby was now closed. NEVER have I been kicked out of a restaurant if you purchased your food BEFORE the lobby closed. At least let your customer finish eating. She wouldn't even let my kids get refills before we left. If she didn't want people eating in the lobby at exactly 11:00pm, then she should have told her employees to serve "to go" orders only instead of serving at the tables. This is absolutely unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

Worst Whataburger ever. Used to go here all the time. Never again. Rudie or rubie Whatever her name is messed up my order plus my mom's today. Ordered only Mayo on one meal and plain and dry on the other. I mean who messes up p and d. Never have I had a fast meal here. Always takes over ten minutes. Fry's are cold and their drive thru is hellacious. One girl looks fine so that's why I gave a star. read more

I am very disappointed in the Drive through. Stopped by to grab something for my son and drinks for my wife and I. Had to wait where you give your order even though no one else was around....had to say "Hello" to get a response. The lady taking my order did so with no issues including reading it back to me correctly. The issue came as we wait for close to 5 min before they brought drinks out....which were not what was ordered. Another 3 min and the drinks came out but no hamburger. 4 min later the hamburger shows up and we are glad to be leaving....only to get home and the bag didn't have fries....I bought a meal and confirmed with the lady taking the order that I wanted a large fry and large drink with that hamburger meal.... Now that I'm home...I dont want to go back out... Now since we were sitting there as long as we were...we also noticed other cars parked beside and just in front of us dealing with the same kind of thing....the servers having to go back inside to get things correct or something they forgot. Whom ever you have putting the Drive through orders together....tell them to read the ticket and put everything in the bag for that order....its written there in black and white.... read more

See all

Stopped here on the way home from a trip and I was surprised by the friendly staff. Food came out quick and was delicious

We buzzed in for a quick bite. Service was decent, food was as good as Whataburger always is. I would say this is a great stop if you are looking to grab some grub while on the run. Also, if you're a Texan, you gotta love Whattaburger, right? read more

Service was definitely not the best. Ordered to go but decided to stay. Order was ready and they let it just sit there saying nothing. She rang us up giving us an extra dollar back. My husband was just looking at the numbers as she sanitized them and she became rude to him so I just continued to let her give me the undue change. Then when asking for a dipping sauce she was unaware of how to ring it up, so i walked up the see what was going on. Clean restaurant and dismissive staff. No one was wearing a name tag for exception of a manager so I can't even put down who rang us up. read more

The girls that work at this location are extremely rude. My mother and I could not understand them and they made fun of us. Even gathering at the window to gawk at us. It was bizarre. They were too quiet and we could not hear them or make out what they were saying. That's rude to make fun of someone who needs you to speak up and enunciate. I would never go back to this location. read more

What can I say, besides WHAT-A-BURGER!! I mean if you can't make a whataburger right, you can't do anything right. In all seriousness this place is awesome;) read more

Great speed but service needs to pay attention to the orders, asked to upsize to a large, only got a large drink, fries where still small, although I should cut back on fries it was the portion of the meal I was looking forward to read more

Fast, fresh, and friendly! This is the only Whataburger I've ever been to, where I didn't have to pull up and wait for my food.

The service from the management team is excellent! I believe the manager's is Karla that took my order. She walked every table to ask how we were doing and she also offered to refill our drinks. There was another manager by the name of Tammy that was sweeping and cleaning windows. First time I see a manager getting dirty! read more

Clean, quick and excellent service. This Whataburger establishment is a perfect dining spot for those exiting the city of Houston since it lies on the outskirts of the city. The restrooms are clean and staff is friendly. read more

I don't know what the difference it, but this is so much better than in Mississippi. I want to eat here all the time. Best burger in town.

Whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant. The service is always good, the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Depends on if you can get the semi intelligent staff. Sometimes it's great other times they mess up your order and the two girls are not sharp. read more
