Big yahoo to all that work at this location so help full and very good listener to get your order complete. Not the same since the investment company took over.. I would call it mystery meat and disintegrating crumble bun with too much lettuce

Expect to wait forever, seems like they had our food sitting there for it to get cold. Some guy came and said someone else was supposed to hand it out to us and never came out. We only had a small shake and chicken strips. Terrible service overall. Lack of communication with the kitchen staff read more

This WHATABURGER in the VALLEY RANCH SHOPPING CENTER (serving Roman Forest, Texas & "Original" Tavola, Texas 77357) stands supreme for OUTSTANDING TEXAS HOSPITALITY, HIGH QUALITY ORGANIC INGREDIENTS, FOOD TASTES LIKE AN AUTHENTIC TEXAS BURGER JOINT USED TO TASTE! customer service nonexistence! Quality of food is horrible. pricing is than most fast food places. I strongly advise use one of the other fast food restaurants. Whataburger is no longer number one.!!!! read more

Disgusting restroom! I can only imagine how this establishment is ran in the kitchen. If I had had my phone with me I would have taken pictures for you. I do not like to post such negative reviews but this was one restroom I could not believe. It smelled like feces as soon as I walked in. Then I opened a stall door to find the dirtiest toilet I have seen in a very long time. I turned to wash my hands and get out of there! I got further grossed out as I witnessed an overflowing trash can overflowing with soiled towels full of poop! This was roughly at 10am and the restaurant was busy and had plenty of employees working. I politely told the cashier the restroom needed a lot of attention and he apologized and went to speak with a lady I assume is the manager. She shrugged and no one took action. Simply gross! read more

I am done, no more!!!! I have supported Whataburger for years.I have reported the problems to corporate, their response, sorry! Here are some points for food?? Your food has gone down hill!! Cold, funny tasting trash! I never thought that I would feel this way about my favorite burger!,I watched as the employees threw the food together with no care, obviously patties cooked in advance , not warm enough to melt cheese read more

What's the point in calling it fast food? Nothing about this place is fast. Expect to wait FOREVER to receive your order, no matter how simple or small it is. read more

Horrible service and food. The manager Elaine doesn't care about her customers. You call to make a complaint about food missing. All she does is hangs up on you. Doesn't offer a solution to the problem. I guess the food she didn't give me. Was take home to feed her family or friends. I will never go back. read more

it took 30 minutes in the DRIVE THRU LANE at this Whataburger. then the lady in the drive thru checkout rude and dosnt give me my drink. when I told her that I needed a small coke, she asked if I needed a sprite. I said "no a COKE". "well that's why I ASKED, Ma'am!". Rude as hell AFTER waiting 30 minutes in a line I couldn't back out of. THE WORST WHATABURGER IVE EVER USED. I'll NEVER go back. Don't waste your time cause that's what it'll be. a waste. read more

Whataburger - WAITING area. Because you'll be waiting 30 minutes - Fast Food Near Me - New Caney, Texas

The worst Whataburger. I tell myself drive to the next exit to go to the other one food is always cold services is terrible.

So the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is 1) it's a whataburger and 2) they get my order right MOST of the time. I love whataburger so this review is hard to write, but I feel I must. This is the SLOWEST Whataburger I have ever been to. In the drive thru, you will wait 20 mins for your order. If you go in and order to go or dine in, you will wait at least 15 mins for your order. It's insane. I'm sorry, but this location needs to be moved out of the "fast" food category and into the "I hope you are prepared to spend your entire lunch break waiting for your food" category. Do better, Valley Ranch location. Do better. read more

Out of the 3 employees that repeated my order to me all of them said it correctly. However, I get home and I have the wrong sauces, drinks, and no cookies with my kids meals. I called the restaurant and don't get an answer. read more

It seems like there's always an issue when we go. It takes forever to get your food and the service is just getting worse and worse. I placed an online order to be picked up at 1:55. I knew it would take longer for it to be ready so I showed up at 2:05. My daughter went in and they said it wasn't ready. She waited for about 20 minutes then I went in to wait and let her sit in the car. After standing there for about 10 minutes, I flagged someone down and asked when my food would be ready and she went to the back and found it in a bag on a lower shelf but it was just the burgers, which were cold. I had to remind her that we were supposed to have fries and drinks and had to wait even longer for that. I didn't even bother to ask to fresh burgers because I didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes. I'll never go to that location again. read more

Every single time I go to this location I have to wait entirely too long for fast food. The whole staff is young and just have no urgency about them. I'm usually not the type to write reviews, but I had a really crappy experience picking up curbside today. I had to wait entirely too long and then whenever someone did bring me my food she had a really big attitude whenever I mentioned how long I had been there for. Most likely going to start going out of my way to not go to this restaurant. Just a bad guest experience all around. read more

I ordered my food at 7:30 and I've been waiting 45 minutes for my food and it came to me cold. And they forgot my drinks.

I cannot say enough bad things about this location. Unfortunately a 1 star rating is required. You should know an establishment is a poor place to visit when a yelp account is created just to inform people of the low quality food/service this place provides. I have been to this location multiple times vowing to never go back after each visit. I keep thinking this location will improve, but this place is just not capable of improving. If you are wanting to wait 30+ minutes only to wait another 15 minutes to correct your order or to get missing items then this is the Whataburger you should visit. read more

Fry's are well over cooked! There is no potato filling inside it's all fried out. The fry's are so hard and nasty I had to stop eating them it felt like they were gonna break my fill ins. My burger was definitely old it had a funny taste and the tomato was discolored.. it's sad that I've been here about 4 times in counting and every time the fries are rock hard. I will no longer trust in this location! read more

Horrible service. Waited for our food for over an hour, after people who came in 30 minutes and so on after us we're continually served over us. Rude staff, and just a completely unprofessional environment. I Was not aware it took a masters degree to work at Whataburger. read more

Great price. But wasn't overly impressed by the flavor. Service was good. Great quality for the price. But Flavor was a bit lacking.

Guys! I cannot leave here without leaving a 5 star review. I don't make a habit of reviewing fast food places because it's fast food and food and fast service is a given. However on this splendid day I decided to grab something to eat quickly. It is Friday of lent so I had to find something fast that had fish. I remembered they have a whatacatch during this season so I decided to try. From the moment I parked I noticed at least 2 staff cleaning the parking lot, while one was servicing the curbside pickup. I had no wait for ordering even though it was lunch time. The food is whataburger and if you are from Texas I will say no more. The reason for this review is because while I have been eating inside, I have been asked and attended to at least 3 times. While eating I noticed 2 people cleaning tables and sweeping so the place is spotless. Then one sweet older lady keeps checking on all the tables. I can't get this type of attention from full service restaurants! Amazing and leaving this establishment feeling content read more

Monterey Melt- no fiesta veggies, sub lettuce, tomato, add avacado. I come here at late hours typically and these ladies and gents always do a wonderful job. Kudos to you guys. I know it's not easy working the late shift but you guys move lines pretty quickly even for having less staff! Keep up the great work! read more

Normally I really love whataburger, got there at 10 and the lobby states it closes at 12, but the doors were locked and when we were let in the manager rudely closed them again and walked away saying "don't open these doors again". I don't think they had special hours today (1/2/22), but if they did, it wasn't posted anywhere or told to us. We have been waiting on our food for over 20 minutes and still nothing, but the lights have been turned partially off. If they didn't want to serve us inside they could've politely told us that and we would've been happy to go through the drive thru. read more

Not sure why this has a low star rating. The service was friendly, food came out quickly, was hot, and oh so Whataburger delicious!!! I was even impressed that the workers were moving the large trash cans to clean under them!!! Nice place, I'll be back! read more

Sometimes good sometimes bad ... today was very unorganized I waited in line over 35-40 minutes they only had one lane open then they decided to open the second lane and other random cars swoop in leaving the first lane stuck in the very long first lane! To wait that long in line and get my burger and fries COLD was extremely frustrating. After this experience won't be going back anytime soon to this location read more

Just absolutely gross literally everywhere. Food came out late and cold with hair in the fries! Tables were dirty, the bathroom no paper towels and a clogged sink you couldn't even wash your hands. Stay far away from this location. read more

The wait time here to even order in drive thru is ridiculous. I personally go tired of waiting. Why have two order drive thrus if you can't even get to one. You would think corporate would see all these reviews and clean house with these young kids that obviously don't need to work there much less be taking orders in the drive thru. Customer service used to be number one in Texas. This place putting a bad rep on Whataburger. But with all these reviews I be willing to bet nothing gets done. read more

I should have read the reviews before I came here. This location is a joke. good luck on not having to wait 20 minutes on 2 simple breakfast taquitos. staff is young and clearly has no thrive to want to work faster. I won't be coming back to this location read more

Probably the slowest Whataburger ever! No matter what time of day it is, takes them well over 20 minutes to get food to you. Even if you order ahead, they always take 5-10 minutes longer to get it to you then what the pick up time is. The owner/operator of the place is a complete jerk. Laughs when they get the food wrong or if you've been waiting over 30 minutes. There's one literally 3 minutes away from this one that I would recommend everyone go to instead read more

I'm leaving a review before i even eat my food. We come here all the time and don't have any issues. Today one of the girls stood out to us. She was so sweet! Her name is Amber. So shout out to amber for great customer service and helping us start our day on a positive note! read more

I can and orders a chicken strip basket with gravy and buffalo sauce and this is the second time I did not get my sauce so today I can inside after not getting my sauce and they say oh we are out of gravy like why wouldn't y'all tell me that at the window when ordering instead of saying yes and not giving it to me read more
