27 minutes for a dine-in order...AND they took chicken bites off the menu. Had to ask for my drink cups after 10 minutes of waiting. If that wasn't enough to deserve only one star, when we finally got our meal, my spicy chicken sandwich was a dry, burned piece of shoe leather. Fires weee cold as was the apple pie...which actually had a French fry melded to it. Then, after we got our meal and a server told us they had lost 5 people that week and the GM had to come in and work and told us she was sorry (nice, thank you for the apology), she said it will NEVER happen again. Unfortunately right after she left the table, we realized they had not given us our banana pie shake. So much for not happening again. Oh well. What are you going to do? It's the only one in town. I had to deduct a star because the grill manager didn't clean the grill and I got a lot of cheese bits in my bacon breakfast burrito, despite my repeated requests for no dairy. My husband had to eat my breakfast and his own sandwich was served cold. read more

I'm being nice by giving it two stars. I go here for my lunch break (drive thru) and it's always a hit or miss. The fries are either undercooked or too salty. Sometimes the burger tastes funky... I don't know if it's just me, but the meat has a funky taste. Sometimes it's a really faint taste of it. Other times, I can't even swallow my bite it's so bad. Honestly, $8.47 for a combo of their usual quality just isn't it. Too high for how they've become. Also, don't even get me started on how bad their chicken is. Note: I get plain burger with cheese and ketchup only no veggies and they haven't messed up my burger in 3 months, so i commend them on that. They have, however, messed up my drink but they swore it was bc the machine was mixing the diet coke with the regular coke. (but it depends on the crew. 1pm-3pm crew is good at not messing up burgers at the vedy least) read more

The service is never bad. The food is normally pretty good. Is a little pricey, but is worth it. Will definitely be stopping in again great when on the go. drive-through is always quick overall a great restaurant. read more

Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious but... they had poor service, we had to wait in the line for about 45 minutes just to get our food and drinks. THEN they gave us regular ketchup instead of spicy when we specifically asked for spicy. read more

This is a really nice Whataburger. Probably the nicest one I have ever been in. The service was friendly and fast. The fries were over salted. Typical Whataburger for food. The interior of this place is really nice. It is connected to a convenient store. You can get gas, food in a clean environment with friendly staff. The staff was constantly cleaning the dining room. I've been a frequent customer at whataburger in Chandler Texas for several years. No longer. I was always delighted when the cashier would ask me if I was a veteran. And then tell me I get a discount. Sometimes I would forget to mention that I'm a veteran in the drive through. And when I got to the window the cashier would always say " you should have mentioned you are a veteran". I would say that's ok. I should mention, The reason they knew I was veteran is because I'm always proudly wearing my ball cap from the USS Midway. Today I went through the drive through to get some breakfast and was told they no longer give discounts to veterans!! I asked at the window if veterans have fallen out of favor with whatabuger. ? Some what embarrassed the cashier said she didn't know. On the average I would buy a sandwich there at least two or three times a week. Don't look for me there again. I am a veteran of the Vietnam war and have lots of friends and family that are veterans. I will make sure to tell them all what this restaurant thinks of them. read more

This location has gone down hill why do you have to wait almost 20 minutes for them to come back and tell you don't have the stuff your ordered and then to say they don't have sauces. Their truck will be here tomorrow as a manger of a restaurant that shouldn't be an excuse. Poor management and poor service read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large Diet Dr. Pepper with my husbands meal today. He doesn't drink soda, so I always take his drink. I doubled checked with the drive thru worker, that my drink was diet. I am a type one diabetic and it is very important that my drink is diet so that my blood glucose level does not sky rocket. My receipt even stated that the drink was a diet dr. pepper. About after an hour of me finishing my drink, I checked my blood glucose and of course my blood sugar was over 600. All because someone couldn't do their job correctly. Now, I am sick because of a stupid mistake. Thanks whataburger!! read more

We just stopped here for drinks and a quick break. This Whataburger is connected to the "KJ" gas station. Nice place, nice people, we were just in and out quickly but it hit the spot! This is on our route for one of our frequent "family visits" so I'm sure we will be back for a meal. read more

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger dry with tomatoes...sounds simple...he got cold a cheeseburger with jalepenos. Who orders a bacon cheeseburger and wants no bacon? I tried to get some poweraide and the machine made a sound indictating it was out and needed to be replaced. The cashier thought I made that sound and laughed yet she didnt do anything to help. Luckily the off duty employee understood and went to the one behind the counter to get my drink. There are alot of flies in the dining area too. read more

Great burgers for a great day trip, fast service and the spicy ketchup and fries with cheeseburger are the best imo.

normally whataburger does great with getting our orders right but the past two times we have gone, they have messed up severely when even asking us after reading the order off if its right and they say it right but butcher it when we get the food. read more
