We hired Uprise Remodeling to do some framing, drywall, and painting work after we had some…read morefoundation work done on our home from another company. I cannot recommend Jorge and his team enough. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Jorge was great at communicating when his team would be there or when he had to step out to get more supplies. He answered our questions every step of the way and was sure to show us the progress of the project so he could answer our questions. When we had a concern he was quick to address it so we were satisfied with the results. They also did great at protecting our home from the dust and debris of the job and then did a thorough clean up when the project was done. I am a busy mom and was in and out of the home and felt totally comfortable with them there while I was gone - which is hard to find nowadays. We have a lot more projects coming up and you better believe we will be hiring Uprise Remodeling again. Our finished project looks amazing. Highly highly recommend.

This was our first experience with a contractor. I've heard so many horror stories about…read morerenovations. Jorge and his team tackled a pantry, a full master bath, and a partial kitchen renovation ( rest of the kitchen is still in the planning stages.) I cannot begin to say what an amazing experience this was for us. We are more than satisfied with the work that they did. Jorge listened, gave advice, and walked us through some of the decision making. The work was timely, affordable (we had gotten other estimates), as clean as it could be given the work being done, and the guys were very respectful. More than that, we literally trusted these men to be in our home when we weren't. And that is huge! Their attention to detail and work ethic is a breath of fresh air. We look forward to the future work we will do in our home.

Let me start out by saying that at first, we were impressed with Ryan's initial communication and…read morehis talk of his work ethic. However, we quickly learned that his reliability and workmanship on this large scale project was less than desirable. I cannot tell you the number of times he said he was showing up to work, only to no show. It would be days and weeks before we heard from him. Meaning that this took far longer than it should have. He set a date of 10/2/24 to begin working on the footings. Family emergencies, no shows followed, but finally he got footings dug 10/12/24. Poured footings 10/15. Then came more family emergencies and equipment issues. When we FINALLY got to the point of pouring the main concrete slab, which didn't happen until 11/1/24, he required us to pay him in full BEFORE he'd pour. Reluctantly, we did pay, but were uncomfortable doing so since the job was nowhere close to being done. It was not until 11/16/24 that he returned to finish pouring the rest of the concrete. There are issues with the workmanship. The quality control was severely lacking. After the floor was poured, the forms pushed out in several areas leaving the sides of the foundation looking horrible and lopsided. (Pictures can be provided). There are several spots in the floor that are uneven. At this point just for us to be able to set beams, concrete has to be cut out for everything to be level. After the pour, there were huge chunks of concrete around the slab that set up that needed to be cleaned up. On 11/22/24, we texted to see when he would come backfill the slab, remove the forms, and pick up their trash. No response. We texted again 12/4/24. He responded and said he'd be here 12/7/24. No show. Finally, on 12/30/24 he responded. By then, WE had removed all of the forms ourselves , cleaned up their trash, and had hired someone else to backfill so that it could get done. Initially, Ryan said that start to finish, he could have this job done in 2 weeks. As seen by the timeline above, which we have documented and date stamped via text messages, it took over 1.5 months, for the footings, forms, and concrete work to get done. More than 3 months passed since the start of the project, and he did not finish the job. We waited through sporadic communication, and no shows, and finally did what we needed to do to proceed with our project.

Hired them for a driveway and shop floor concrete pour. Very inconsistent on showing up and was…read moreoftentimes non-responsive. Quality of work was less than desirable and certain things were left unfinished. When we contacted them to express this, we were ignored. It was only when we gave a review on our local Facebook community page that we received a response, but a very hostile and aggressive one taking no accountability and blaming us somehow. Very unprofessional and a huge disappointment.
