I attempted to fix the problem by adjusting the flow adustment in the valve, but to no avail. I began thinking that our hot water heater was going out. I called MK&B and talked to Al, the owner, and he came by that evening to check it out. ( I live close to him on his way home) and the next day he called to tell me he would have to order a new valve. ( be a few days to a week) Well about 2 days later on a Saturday morning he called to tell me he had the part and he could come by to install it if convienient time for me. I told it was but I kinda expected one of the people that works for him to come by and install the valve. I got to the house and Al was there to do the work, himself. Al proceeded to take things apart when all of a sudden, he said let me try this instead. Low and behold his sudden epithany, worked. Mind you he came by after bussiness hours, ordered and recieved part, and came by on a Saturday to do the work himself. All said and done I asked what do I owe you? He said " nothing , just write me a review on yelp, if would please". So I am with pleasure. Thank you Al and Mission Kitchen and Bath personnel for a job well done. They were meticulous about ensuring anything around the painted area wouldn't be damaged (ie: counter tops, floors). Other two levels on top are 10' ceilings. It's tall, it's tough to paint. From the paint crew, there was virtually no paint prep beyond pressure washing the house before spraying with paint. The caulk around the windows has already failed three months later, nail holes are clearly visible, our metal roof is dented everywhere they stood and put ladders on it, our agreement that they would remove and replace all rotten wood amounted to the crew taking out one board and leaving enough shrapnel of that board on our roof to clog the gutter twice. They did take out another board when called back out. I think we need to completely repaint the house. Incredibly disappointed. We called them out I think three times to fix damage and re-caulk nail holes and still.... it just looks crappy. I should have turned back when I found out there was no contract to sign.

HORRIBLE! Aaron told me his company has over 20 yrs…read more experience restoring and building decks. I soon found out he's the only employee and lacks knowledge and skills working on decks. I have weeds growing out of my deck boards that sits 5-6 feet off the ground! My deck frame/support boards measure 3", he put a board 2 1/4" on top leaving a large gap for dirt, debris and water to collect and sit on top of my deck frame/support boards underneath resulting in weeds. This will also cause rotting on my deck frame/support boards. Railing boards were cut short and uneven too. He was cussing throughout the whole project replacing deck floor joists, floor boards and rails. He couldn't lift the joists and had to wait for a friend of his to come help him lift them, it took him 4 days to remove the wood screws in my existing floor boards grinding away at screws using the wrong bits or stripped bits. He said it was due to his battery on his drill being low but this happened everyday. I asked him a few time to make sure he picked up all the wood screws so I wouldn't get a flat on my riding lawn mower. I ended up finding almost 20 screws he left around my deck and yard and had to buy a magnet sweeper to make sure I picked them all up. It took him over 2 weeks to complete, a job that should've only taken 3-4 days. I know because I've had this done twice before. He spent a lot of time on the phone answering calls and returning phone calls to people while he attempted to work on my deck. When I told Aaron about weeds growing out of my deck, his response was it will cost me to come fix it and he sent me an invoice. He expects me to pay for his mistakes??? He proceeded to tell me he was a one man show and he has no retirement (his words). Like this is supposed to make me feel sorry for him and an excuse for shoddy work?

Their quote was the highest we received, but also the most detailed, fair, and comprehensive. The house had been neglected prior to our purchase and needed a great deal of repair prior to paint. Aaron's performed extensive wood rot repair, and were very thorough in their scraping and caulking. Large 2 story house done in 3-4 days. Carefully taped and tarped off all patio furniture/grills/cameras and other items. Crew was careful not to get paint everywhere. I contacted Jorge via Yelp on the 16th of the month. He replied after awhile and said he would be happy to come out. I called him on the 18th. He came late in the day, a bit later than he stated, but did arrive. We talked about the project and I showed him what was needed. He said he would email me a quote. On the 21st I texted him asking about the quote. He said he would send it that night that he "promised". It is now the 26th. No emails or texts or calls. If he doesnt want to do the job, that's more than okay, just tell me. That's honesty I can respect. But when you say you'll so something, and you have to say "I promise" and you don't do that thing? That's an issue to me. I'll be moving on.
