The staff took my request seriously and Ms. Ann Choi phoned me days later that they have indeed recovered the documented paper. Furthermore, MPD has issued an apology for the initial delivery and offered repairs without additional cost. A veteran craftsman by the name of Angel came into the house and patchworked the floor, wall frame and door dents with efficiency and precision. I was intriguingly surprised to find out the furniture that I originally purchased has appreciated over $100,000 in MSRP value in time. Nevertheless, I believe MPD has acted in a sincere and honest fashion. María helped me so much and really knew her stuff, but all the reps were nice and worked great together. I left and kept my couch search going, but returned to order my couch with Maria a couple days later. Their lead time is 4-6 weeks for a custom couch, but I paid $200 to expedite in 3 weeks, so fingers crossed! I cannot wait for this couch!
