Upon the tour I was ready to make an offer but said she would email me the Agreement later. I asked if there was any interest in the space twice and both time she said there was none. I get an email a couple hours later saying it had been leased. So either it was incompetence or I was the stalking horse. Becky, the managing partner then said they also have a corporate accounts person. It seems crazy to me they are not in touch it is obviously a large organization with a CRM that will have all this information. Complete bait and switch. Btw I've leased more than 75k sqft of commercial office space class A for many years this is probably the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Out of compassion I reached out to the ceo and founder. I would want to know about this.
