Terminating service will make you jump through more flaming hoops than the Ringling Bros…read more I followed their policy, notified them with the required 30 day email notice of termination email, I even emailed them after the date of termination to remind them not to charge my account and they still charged me even after the date of termination. I wouldn't have left a review but upon emailing and calling to have that charge sorted out, I was not able to reach a manager nor did I have a manager reach back out to me. I had to call my banks fraud department and file a claim. To further back my 1 star review, they gathered my information incorrectly when I gave them my ID to set up the account, they invoiced me for a month that I had paid last year, they didn't follow through with documenting the calls and visit regarding termination of my account. Last but not least they put Ms. instead of Mr. in addressing me after I asked to correct my information... Look I get that maybe by mistake... but I'm from the 90's and honestly it feels like I've been trolled this whole time. Regarding the security deposit process they will send a check to the provided mailing address on hand, within "approximately" 21 days of the account closure. Sucks because I don't live there anymore but I also don't trust IO with any information at this point. All in all, from my experience with Intelligent Office IO Looks great on the surface, but the services are over priced in my opinion. $102 a month for a small mailbox just big enough to fit legal sized documents. Combined that with mistakes made by the staff. I would say that the staff and operating procedures they use regarding data entry and billing are inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn't say these falls under the legal definition of predatory business practice, but somewhere along the line they definitely violate the part of California 2025 Automatic renewal law that requires businesses to make cancellations just as easy as signing up. That means if you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online, too. If you signed up in person, you should be able to cancel in person too and companies must process your request promptly. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313 I don't have time to get into researching the exact violations but I'm sure that in my experience there was a violation of the California Automatic Renewal Law / California SB 313 or unlawful negative option billing. These prohibited practices involve lack of affirmative consent and difficult cancellation methods for subscriptions as mentioned above in my review. Like I said I wouldn't have even left a review if they just called or emailed me back... 1 out of 5 stars, mainly for unprofessionalism and mistakes made by staff that shouldn't have been made, and for charging me after my termination date which I kind of expected considering the experience leading up to... I just expected a call back or solution, and that's not an unreasonable expectation from a business at all.

We signed a one month contract with Intelligent Office, and have really enjoyed our time here…read more The staff and management are very friendly and always open to meet the client needs. The space is great, and there are different types of offices depending on what you are looking for. What I liked about it is the flexibility. You can rent an office for a short period of time, and the contract is executed very fast. It's probably the best option on the market right now if you are looking for a short term office. There are some longer term tenants too, as it's a nice place to go to work every morning. We had an excellent experience, highly recommended!

Then they kept adding on mail service fees randomly for all kinds of amounts every month even though I told them in writing multiple times I never wanted this. They kept saying they would credit my account back but never did so. I only was reimbursed after opening up multiple disputes with my credit card companies. Total waste of time and money. We were looking for a quieter place to work because all the coffee shops around were busy and too much noise for a meeting. So, we found this location, Tailored Spaces. Danna welcomed us with a smile and then showed us around the co-working level. If you've ever visited WeWork downtown, then you will understand how cramped and hot it can be! I was really shocked at how open it was. The entire open desk floor was SO NICE, organized and spacious with great air flow. Everyone we passed seemed friendly, which helped create a great vibe. There were tons of offices available for rent, from small private rooms to larger rooms. The phone booths were way more comfortable and attractive than at WeWork! And the kitchen? Huge! Fully stocked with snacks, drinks, menus from local restaurants. I think my favorite part of the kitchen was that it had a nugget ice machine in the fridge! I loved the space so much that I came back the next Monday. There was a little more foot traffic but everybody was respectful about noise, especially during meetings. Danna couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful in making sure everyone had what they needed and even highlighted the nice perks that we didn't know about before. Also, I noticed there was a beautiful balloon arch around the Tailored Spaces sign at her desk and she mentioned she created it! Talented and friendly!! The kind of energy and vibe Danna brought to the space is something I think sets Tailored Spaces apart. I will for sure be back next time I am in the area needing a place to get work done. If you are looking for a desk or office space you should definitely check out Tailored Spaces you will not be disappointed. The whole place is extremely clean, open and filled with friendly people. I keep recommending it to all my WFH colleagues and fellow small business owners!

It's located in the industrial area of Kearny Mesa with plenty of free parking, so that's already a huge win. They have the entire second floor, and the space is bright, clean, and open with a nice chill feeling throughout. Danna gave me and my wife a quick tour, and she was super friendly! he tenants were speaking with Danna like she was a member of their team, you can tell Danna is just a friendly person. The desks, private offices, and phone booths were all good, plus perfect to get your work done or hop on a call. The pricing is approximately the same as WeWork, but honestly, the winning aspect for me was that this space felt open and was much cleaner. Also, free parking! Kudos to Danna: my wife loved the balloon arch at the front entrance, and come to find out Danna made the arch herself, and people were actually giving compliments about it when they walked in for their tours. I would definitely recommend Tailored Spaces if you need a good place to work. I will definitely be back.

USE CAUTION -- READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY…read more I used Regus a few times during a long-term power outage at home. In that situation, they were helpful and the staff onsite were kind and accommodating. I originally planned to continue using the office occasionally (1-2 days per month) for a change of scenery since I work remotely. Unfortunately, my financial situation later changed and I needed to cancel. That is where the experience became very negative. The agreement is far more binding than many people expect. Cancellation was not permitted despite explaining my circumstances, and corporate repeatedly responded with "you signed a contract." Even after removing the payment method, the balance continued and ultimately impacted my credit. I take responsibility for not reading every detail as carefully as I should have -- but that is exactly why I am writing this review. Do not assume flexibility. Do not rely on verbal explanations. If cancellation terms matter to you, make sure they are explicitly stated in the contract before signing. The office itself was fine. The contract enforcement was rigid and unforgiving. If you sign, understand you are committing for the full term regardless of life changes.
