All the tables were full and customers were constantly coming and going. I can see why after checking em out. Pricing is fair. If you compare it to auntie Anne's they are cheaper with better quality ingredients being used. Service was very quick - there is a kiosk at the front counter or you're able to order with a staff member. Within 5 mins our snack was ready. My husband and I tried a salted pretzel with nacho cheese sauce and creamy mustard sauce. The pretzel itself was cooked perfectly. Texture wise it was somewhat crispy on the outside with a very fluffy center. The nacho cheese sauce was better than cheese sauces I've had before. The creamy mustard was reallll good, we ended up taking the remainder of it home so we could use it for something else.

They offer a variety of coffee & tea beverages as well as artisan pretzels. When I visited, I was able to order an Iced Lavender Vanilla Latte as well as a Garlic Asiago Pretzel. I asked for what sauce was recommended to go with and the cashier said Herb Butter. Everything came to just under $15 but this was the perfect Saturday treat! My pretzel tasted fresh! Their flavors were straight forward but also unique. There was plenty of seating inside and a good amount of parking near the shop. Overall, I loved my visit and would certainly come back to try other pretzel flavors and coffee drinks! Tip: Check out their daily specials to try something new!

Tried a mixed flight of IPA, Pale Ale, Sour, and a Stout - all were good and unique in the genre. My absolute favorite was a full pour of the King Balaton, sour cherry with a jammy and complex taste. Balaton is a Hungarian cherry, and I once had a great wine by a Michigan wine maker with the same, so I'm gonna say the Balaton cherry should be a Midwest tradition. There were plenty of TVs showing the World Cup matches, so I could keep up with the action. I look forward to more visits, and to try their extensive beer and food menu.

I was surprised to learn that they had a gluten-free bun for me to have with their grilled chicken sandwich. The bun did not fall apart like a typical gluten-free bread sometimes does. The sandwich also had avocado and bacon on it. The coleslaw was very good. The waitress was great. Good service and happy to help me with my gluten-free options. My husband had the spinach strawberry salad, which he really enjoyed. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was a pretty good crowd there. The noise level was not bad at all. There were several families there with children and it looked like they had kids meals available although I did not look on the menu.

Our server, Maddie was so fun, energetic, helpful, and very accommodating. It was a nice touch that the manager came to check on us and offered a taste test of their stouts; Eunoia Batch 21 and What Could Be 35. So good!! Phase Three Brewery Company in Elmhurst, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates unique, well-crafted beers. Their house brews paired perfectly with the food and are worth the visit on their own. I had the Day Drift, Blood Orange, Calamansi, so refreshing!! I should have ordered the 16 ounces!! The Shanghai Lumpia was delicious, crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The Duck Corn Dogs were another standout, perfectly cooked, tender and moist. The banana ketchup added a layer of flavor. I originally came for the adobo, but unfortunately they had already sold out. Instead, I ordered the Double Dip Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich, and I'm glad I did! The chicken breast was incredibly tender, juicy, and savory--absolutely delicious. To finish, I had the Ube Cheesecake. Rich, creamy, and wonderfully decadent without being overwhelming. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back for that adobo I missed and, of course, to enjoy a few more of those amazing craft beers.

The beers were excellent, and the food looked and smelled so good that we vowed to come back! We've been back twice now and loved it each time! You can't go wrong with their beers! Their flagships are solid and they always have a healthy number of experimental brews. Best of all the worlds! This time we both got IPAS and loved them all: Trail Trip, West Coast Pixel, and Swells! Trail Trip was my favorite because I prefer non-hazy. For dinner I got the double-dipped fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries. YUM! Bursting with flavor and deliciousness! The spicy gochujang sauce is divine! And super filling! My husband did the OG Burger, Fries, and 10 oz beer for $15 Monday/Tuesday deal. He loved the food, drink, and the deal! The space is so clean, open, and inviting. The front dinning area is spacious enough with plenty of seating and the bar, but there is also a fantastic outdoor space. The servers will all friendly, helpful, and professional. Things can move a little slowly, but it is worth the wait! On busy weekend nights, they do have online reservations, so that can be a good way to secure a spot! Next time we are in Elmhurst, we will definitely be back. We love Phase 3!

The prices are not bad at all considering how delicious everything was. Come here instead of going out to the overhyped and over priced commercialized restaurants in Oak Brook.. On this coldish Wednesday winter evening, it wasn't as busy and boisterous as our previous visits, and that was just fine for our usual catchup party of 3.  Sam was our fine and attentive server and she adequately took care of the whole dining room on this night. Arriving at 5:30pm, we took advantage of Happy Hour and had 6 beers by 6pm for $5 each.  We also had a cheese curds appetizer for $10 (discounted from regular $12). I had my usual 3 beers for our catchup session, namely: - Moreover hazy IPA, 6.5% ABV - Mango Double Marbles Imperial IPA, 8.0% ABV - Appetizer hazy IPA, 5.5% ABV For food, I had their chicken tikka masala platter for $22.  My colleagues had a high steak sandwich with salad ($20), and an Italian Beef with fries ($18).  All were delicious.  There is now a 3% credit card fee.  Overall, still one of the best Chicagoland brewpubs around.

I'm starting to look like a pretzel addict, but it's merely a coincidence. I've only had 2 pretzels…read morein the past year and it just so happens both were in the same week. I would normally refrain from reviewing Auntie Anne's. You already know what to expect when you go there, however I feel the need to give this location some major proppage. My co-worker and I hit up the mall food court and she told me about the 2/$5 pretzel dogs, so we stopped by. The line was slow moving and we were in a hurry, so I felt the need to tap my foot -- that is until I saw WHY the line was slow moving. A lady was quietly disputing the bill until she didn't get her way then it turned into a flat out brawl. She started yelling at the employees about the price and the specials. Apparently there are two concurrent running promotions, the 2/$5 dogs and buy 3 items, get 1 free. She ordered 4 items and wanted the 4th one free instead of the 2/$5. Now I'm no pricing expert on Auntie Anne's so I'm not sure if what she was requesting was a significantly better deal or not, but it physically hurts me to see people treated so poorly by the general public. She handled it well though and took it all in stride. Once I made it to the counter, she was very nice and you couldn't even tell she'd just taken a verbal beating for the last 5 minutes. My pretzel was fine -- not life changing or anything but I don't think Auntie Anne's ever has been. I do, however, think that employees like this deserve to be recognized.

I am writing to share a very troubling experience I had at your location on 7/5/26…read more While I was in the food court area, I witnessed two of your employees arguing loudly behind the counter. One was working the register and the other was preparing pretzels. Their argument quickly escalated to the point where it could be heard from multiple nearby stores, drawing the attention of other customers and employees. The language being used was extremely loud and inappropriate for a workplace, especially in front of customers. The situation made the entire area feel tense and uncomfortable. When I attempted to step in and politely say that it was not appropriate to speak to a coworker that way, one of the employees turned toward me and began yelling at me as well, again using very inappropriate language. He then forcefully pushed open the bifold doors and went to the back of the store, where he remained for some time. I spoke with the other employee and asked who the manager was and where they were. He told me the manager's name is Nina and stated that this kind of behavior from his coworker happens often, and that the manager is aware of it. Regardless of whether the employee was having a bad day or unhappy with the job, it is never acceptable to speak to a coworker--or a customer--in that manner. No employee should have to come to work worried about being yelled at by another non‑manager, and no customer should be subjected to that kind of behavior. What concerns me even more is the suggestion that this was not the first incident and that management is aware. If that is the case, it is very disappointing that the issue has not been addressed and that these two employees are still being scheduled together. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, investigate what occurred on 7/5/26, and ensure that your employees and customers are treated with the basic respect and professionalism they deserve.
