While in downtown Auburn on the morning of Thursday July 31st around 7:45 AM an incident with one of the companies drivers occurred. Heading into downtown Auburn. I moved pass one of the spencer trucks and into the turn lane. Without looking in his mirror, blind spot, or using a turn signal the Spencee truck merged into me. I slammed on my brakes and laid on my horn, then jerked my vehicle into the oncoming lane to avoid collision. The driver of said truck then proceeded to come to a dead stop in the road and rage out at me for his mistake. He rolled his window down and cussed at me and then told me to "pull over' so he could "beat my ass" (this is Alabama, dude gonna get himself shot). I moved around him and out of the turn lane again and speed off in a diffrent direction. What kind of people yall hire over there? Again its a good idea if yall are gon a hire jack boot thugs maybe take the name of your trucks.

Fast forward, we had a very tiny leak just behind our house that has been going on for a few months. Had a different plumber out here to fix it, they were not able to find the leak so we called a Leak specialist. The specialist came out, found the leak, dug the hole and everything. Jackson Services were called to come out and just fix the small amount of pipe that needed replacing. These people will rape you, beware! We had a lot of rain the day before so the hole filled up with some water. He charged us almost 300.00 to just empty the hole. We could have done that ourselves. Then on top of that services cost us 970.00 which was probably at the most a 300.00 fix and that is being extremely generous. He was here an hour! Since we are members, we were told they waived the 95.00 service fee call and saved 15%. Are you kidding me? Do yourselves a favor and call a different company. These people are insane! We will not be renewing any membership with them and will be going with a different company to service our A/C and plumbing needs. Price gouging is totally ridiculous.

The minimal amount of air was comint thru the vent. They never came back to complete the job. This month we had a cold morning so I turned the heat on. Cold air would be blown regardless of the temperature I set. I contacted another company to hopefully fix the issue. They came today and fixed the issue. The previous company set it so only cold air would be blown. They should have installed a new thermostat but instead they cut the wires attaching the new pump to the old (at least 15 years old)thermostat. They hooked it up so that it only blew cold air regardless of the temperature. There is also an issue with the sensor and a new one has to be ordered. The company that came to check the pump was fabulous. I actually have heat and cooling which makes me happy since I have a sick child. I really want to include the company's name that was kind enough to fit me in their busy schedule and address the issues but I need to get their approval first.
