Let me start by saying, I have been traveling to the keys twice a year (February and August) for the past 3 years for work. In my down time, I like to explore the sites and see as much wildlife as possible. I have rented a boat or jet ski every time I've traveled here, each time at a different location. Wet Willies is by far the best and most affordable of all the places i have tried. From now on, I will be renting from Bill at Wet Willys and no one else! I stopped by on a whim after reading a ton of reviews and checking around for prices. Bill offered the most affordable deal and was very lax about the rules and where I wanted to take the ski. He let me choose from 2 skis he had available and gave me a brief overview of how they work and where to go. He appreciated that I had plenty of experience riding jet skis and driving boats...and didnt waste my time with minutia like most places do. The hotel where this business is located, was recently purchased by new owners and was in the process of renovations. The staff I encountered were very friendly and accomodating. They even made me a sandwhich to take on the ride. Their dog on site was also very friendly and his name is awesome! (Rico Suave!!! Lol). After enjoying 2 hours on the water, Bill welcomed me back and took some photos of me returning to the dock. He also said I could come back anytime and rent one of his kayaks at no charge since it was included in the rental of the jet ski. Bill is a fairly new small business owner and does a great job of taking care of his customers. I much rather support small local businesses like Wet Willy's than some of the larger more, well known, rip off rentals by the major hotel chains. Thanks again Bill for everything. I'll be back on friday to rent again and will be back to rent from you at least twice a year when i travel here for work. I will spread the word to those i know about your business. Good luck and see you soon. read more

Went to wet willy's based purely off the reviews and customer feedback. Bill and Rick were very down to earth. Crew was helpful and informative. Here's the real kicker..... I managed to damage the jet skit pretty good. Broke the fiberglass as a result of bumping into someone. Probably well over $1,000 worth of damage. Bill explained it was an older model and he had an extra one to take its place. He charged me $250 to repair it. This was a situation where I was 100% in the wrong. If this was anywhere else I'm confident I would now own a jet skit. They had every right and change to charge me a lot of money. Instead they were honest about the fact that they could fix it themselves and that it was one of their older models. This is the place to go. read more

My family of six was in town for vacation and was looking for a laid back place to rent jet skis for a couple hours. We called to reserve and Bill was incredibly polite and explained that if my son wanted to drive he had to have a boaters license. My son was determined so he spent the day on the computer and took the course so he could drive. Bill held the skis for us and we headed up there the next day. We had three jet skis and had so much fun. He explained where to go and what to do if we needed him. We explored the keys and made great memories. In a world where most everyone is stressed, Bill was awesome. I highly recommend this place and when we come back we will be booking there again. Thanks Bill for a great experience! read more

We absolutely had the best time on our two hour jet ski ride! Bill is the nicest guy. He was extremely detailed with tips on things to check out during our free ride, and also made sure that everything (life jackets and waterproof boxes) was sanitized thoroughly. He told us not to hesitate to call if we ran into any trouble and even offered to watch our dog for us while we were gone! (She was fine in our camper van.) He made a point to take pictures and videos of us when we were finished and even let us swim in the pool (his business is located at Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina) after we got back. The little shop also has ice and supplies and is very conveniently located. I would definitely highly recommend this company! read more

Jet Skiing was the highlight of our trip down here. We came from northern Florida wanting to jet ski and came to here for the lowest price and adventurous location. The owner is such a relaxed friendly guy who gave amazing customer service and treated us like family. He even went out of his way for us!! After renting the jet skis we went out in paddle boards and got caught in a nasty current off shore. So we called Willie up and he came to rescue us in a jet ski, all while keeping his family like attitude towards us. The location is great, the prices are amazing, the customer service was over the top! This is our new go to spot every time we take a trip down here. read more

Amazing experience!! We rented two jet skis for an hour and would go back in a heart beat. We went under the bridge to the Atlantic Ocean, which was really choppy, but a fun time! There weren't many people on the water either which made it easy to go wherever we wanted. We also were able to go around an island that wasn't too far. The customer service was amazing! We rented the jet skis for $145 a piece, which was cheaper than the other options we looked at. They also gave us extra time when we had to come in and refuel. We would definitely come back and would recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun jet skiing experience!! read more

Me and my best friend came down to the keys not having a plan on what to do and just acted out of sheer spontaneity when choosing what to do. We called up Willy and he seemed like a cool guy so we decided to try his company out. Not only was he fair on pricing but we had the greatest day of our lives. We went jet skiiing and then kayaking and just had a ball. We actually got carried out by a current during sunset and got stranded in the middle of the ocean and had to tie ourselves to a buoy but luckily we had Willy's number and he was able to rescue us (thanks again)! Anyway yeah highly recommend, just be careful!! read more

So many things went wrong! I rented out 3 jet skis from this "company" for 2 hours costing me about $750.00 and what was suppose to be a fun time got cut short by overheating of 1 out of 3 jet skis, super choppy out on the water & when we got to the dock about 15 mins late before the sunset the guy was wanting to charge me for a whole other hour and which about 7 minutes of that time was spent on docking up the jet skis and taking off our life vest .. super unprofessional will never go back to this place and I'm really keeping this lite because there was more that went wrong! read more

Wet Willy's Watersports in Marathon, FL was an amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding, and they were so flexible and accommodating. Bill, the owner, is an incredible guy--very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like family. It's also a great, kid-friendly place, which made the experience even better. We had such a great time and would absolutely recommend Wet Willy's to anyone looking for a fun, friendly, and hassle-free watersports experience in the Keys! 10/10 -- highly recommend! read more

Looked around at a lot of jet ski rental places. This one was about 12 miles from where we were staying but one of the only ones to answer the phone when I called. Easy process to get on the water, super laid back staff and glad we choose this spot to spend our money. Nothing like your typical jet ski rental spot where they spend 30 minutes telling you where you can't take the jet ski. We were given a simple and informative safety briefing and then given free reign to ride on either side of the Key. read more

In Key West for our 10 year anniversary and I knew I definitely wanted my husband to experience the ocean on a jet ski (even though I was scared to death)! We had the best time and I have a super happy husband :) thank you Bill for being Ahhmazing!!! I'm so glad we went with Wet Willies Water sports, Bill was very knowledgeable and explained everything to make sure we felt confidant and safe on the water! My Husband could have spent all day out there on the water, bucket list item checked off!! read more

We rented four machines from Bill and everything went great. He lets you take the machines out on your own, goes over safety and areas where to ride and wear to avoid. We had a blast. He just started this business and is working very hard to make it work. I rate this one of the best rental experiences I've had. Friendly, sincere, honest and is cheaper than the nearby rental places . Take your phone with you he gives you a waterproof case so you can call him if you have a problem. read more

We had our fishing trip cancelled by another company and found this place by accident. If there was a contest for the nicest and most helpful person in the Keys it would be hands down the owner of this jet ski rental. Bill took all the time necessary to help us navigate around and use of the equipment. I took my whole family around and we all had the best time. I thought my day was going to be lost due to the cancelled fishing trip but we had a great time jet skiing! read more

Rented a jet sky from Bill today and the reviews are as they said...he's amazing! Extremely friendly, great rates on the jet ski's and kayaks. We had a minor issue with our jet ski (our fault!), called Bill and he came and met us immediately. He offered us 15 extra minutes for the issue and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. Great guy! Also, there is a 24-hour tiki BYOB bar and a pool that is free for anyone to use. We will definitely be back! read more

This was my first time ever riding a jet ski and it was great! I was pretty nervous about driving on my own, but Bill was very kind and gave us tips and recommendations on where to go and made me feel at ease. It was so much fun riding the jet skis and the water near there is beautiful all around. After we got back, we were offered to use the kayaks for free, but we did not have time to do so. When we visit again, we will definitely come back to Wet Willy's! read more

After looking all over Marathon for a jet ski rental we found Wet Willy's. Amazing amazing amazing!! Loved Bill, who was very down to earth and accommodated us with amazing service. From start to finish, Bill was always ready to help us at the push of a button (no but seriously he gave us his phone number). Overall, it was a wonderful experience, one me and my friends will never forget. Thanks Willy's WaterSports!!!! read more

Bill, the owner, is incredibly kind. The rental rates are reasonable. Bill took the time to give us details of where to go, what to avoid, and some tips for safe usage of the jet skis. Our family rented 2 skis for an hour, and we had a blast exploring the area. At the end, Bill offered to take a picture of us returning. It was really a fun and an enjoyable experience. We would definitely rent from him again. read more
