But they do not do roofing; they help with insurance claims then they out source the roof job to a different company. Colton and Ernesto of Cedar Valley Exteriors (CVE) came to my property with a company truck and assured me that they are a long standing roofing company. After filing the claim, then they disappeared for several months with intermittent contact just to assure me that the extra time was to find and get the best roofing product for me and my roof. When the estimate was finally completed four months after the claim was opened, and the job should be scheduled, no schedule came; only a request for tens of thousands of dollars as a down payment. I was feeling uncomfortable with this process and the company (CVE) who I learned knows little about roofing and especially about cedar roofs, of which I have. So I canceled. I understand that this was a blow to them so I gave the sales rep, Colton, $750.00 for his time and drone work because I felt that he had been counting on the job. Within days I received an invoice for a $20,000 estimate-cancelation fee from them. I also received texts and phone calls from the other guy Ernesto even though I told him I would keep my communications with Colton. Ernesto kept pinging my phone which I began to see as harassment. Also, I sold Colton a $20 product from my own home business and he said he would Venmo me for it, but he didn't. When I brought that up, he said he's not paying me because I "stiffed" him. No pulled permit, no materials ordered, no work done, no start date, and I gave the kid $750.00 for his time. I apologized a lot too because I felt so bad about canceling but I don't trust their roofing. I do not believe the representatives of CVE are honest or informed and look what happens when you cancel.

He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. Thanks to JJ Gutters Power Wash commitment and dedication to doing the job, doing it right and at a fair price. I would definitely use their services again and again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional power washing services, roofing services or gutter services.

Their daughter and son are on the ladders and roofs doing the installation. When they say family business, they mean it. They do everything: cleaning, installation, gutter guards, repairs, service. I needed a complete overhaul. This was the best experience I've ever had, start to finish. Mom answered my first call. Professional, friendly, clear, got me scheduled fast. When Dad came out for the estimate, he walked the property, explained what was wrong with my existing system, and laid out exactly what they'd do to fix it. No upselling. Just honest assessment and a very fair price. My old gutter system wad a disaster. Poorly engineered, poorly maintained, falling apart. I'd been afraid of rain for six months because water was overflowing everywhere it shouldn't. All Family came in, tore out the entire system, removed parts that didn't need to be there, installed high-quality materials and gutter guards that actually made sense for the house. Half a day. Done. With the gutter guards they installed, I won't need to clean my gutters for at least five years. No ladders. No scooping leaves. They found rotted wood behind the section over my porch. Replaced it. Didn't ask for more money. Just fixed it because it needed fixing. When your family name is on the business, you can't cut corners. Your reputation goes home with you every night. Everything's guaranteed for five years. Dad said he's coming back in five years to check the system and make sure everything's still working right. That's service. I'm looking forward to the next rainstorm now. Not dreading it. Waiting for it. If your gutters are a disaster, if you're dreading the next rainstorm, call All Family. You'll get people who treat you like you're family.
