The hotel room was clean and comfortable - no carpets, which makes it easier to keep clean. The building is right on the main highway, so if you're a light sleeper, this may be a problem - lots of semis throughout the night.
Access is through a separate door into the building and up the stairs on the inside and then you go outside to access your room door. The carpet in this area and up the stairs is absolutely filthy - huge stains and wear. When we checked in, the door to the back lane was blocked by garbage.
If you are staying in Rooms 210, 211 or 218 and 219, if there is a fire at the access door, you would have to jump down one floor onto the ground. There is no other exit. Is this acceptable re: fire codes?
Interestingly, the clerk did NOT ask for my ID as happens in other places.
The beds were comfortable - no tub, only a shower. read more
