Able to source alternatives or carpets you've seen elsewhere if possible and may be able to match prices - always worth asking. The owner can be a bit opinionated about what it is you actually want so beware of that. We've had several carpets fitted by them and have always been impressed by the quality of the fitting.

But in Falmouth, I also found an unusually nifty selection of coffee table books that will surely impress your friends. Saw some BuJo's but they were stupid expensive and made in China, so I put them back. Boo! The shopkeepers were very friendly and I'll be back.
