Even after all these years, Rosemary continued to care about my home and my experience as a first-time homeowner. Recently she helped arrange for my home to receive a fresh coat of paint and have my stairs repaired. The work was completed by Coastline Construction, and they did an excellent job. The crew was professional, courteous and paid attention to details. I truly appreciate Rosemary's support in making this happen and the quality work provided by Coastline Construction. It's reassuring to know there are still companies that care about their customers long after the sale. If you are thinking about buying a home, I highly recommend Mobile Home Connection. Kari H.

This facility needs a new management ASAP Briana is definitely not it, and let's not talk about the dirty looks to uncomfortable feelings the kids get around them. I would not recommend living here because of them it's not even our neighbors. They simply have nothing better to do and are miserable.

She apparently does not have a license to seel anything except mobile homes, and thus no outside agents brought any buyers to out home. She could not sell our home and it was listed for 5 months. She does not list on the national MLS, only on her site and the listing services like Zillow, Redfin, ect. She used people (also not real agents) to show our home in "open houses" where that person had zero leads and sat there reading most of the time. In addition Lily's "team" cost us hundreds of extra dollars in repairs to the fixes her people did. Lily is a nice person. But when things got tough for us, she would not return our calls. Thankfully, we were able to find a cash buyer on our own. Lily Pigg failed us, big time. Use caution listing with her company.

My wife and I rented a unit for 9-months at HVMH while our home was being remodeled. A huge benefit for renters is that HVMH is a simple month-to-month rental agreement. There is no minimum lease period. I had conducted an extensive search for a temporary home but continued hitting road blocks of minimum 1-year leases.
