I was so impressed with the facility, faculty/staff, and especially the students during my stay of the interview. The students are well cared for, receive nutritious snacks/brekkie/lunch, and get the chance for superb interaction among caring adults and peers. This is the kind of socialization/education EVERY child should have; I wish I had lived closer when my own children were that young age! We had gone to this…read moredaycare for several months and all seemed normal, until on June 8th, 2022, I happened to look at the cameras online during nap time and saw both workers in the infant room shaking my 15 month daughter in the bouncer. She was not sleeping during nap time, and the two workers looked frustrated. Instead of being calm and patient with my daughter, they took turns rocking the bouncer up and down quite aggressively and violently. I can see that my daughter in the camera looked scared and had her hands over her ears as the bouncer was moving way too fast and violently. This is completely inappropriate and not a safe environment. I told Martha (manager of Yvette location) and Melissa (owner and runs Alabama location) immediately and sent them the video from the camera and they said they handled the situation with the workers by I guess writing them up. I could never take my daughter back there after how she was treated, and this is a warning to anyone who is considering this daycare. I have waited till now to write the review as I have been trying to collect several weeks of money back from Melissa(owner), but she just ignores my calls and text messages at this point and has decided to not do the right thing. I prepaid all of June and the incident happened on June 8th, so I tried to get two weeks of money back for the end of June as my daughter never went back to this daycare after June 8th, but Melissa will not respond to my messages anymore. After a bad incident, they have terrible customer service by not even trying to do the right thing and not reimbursing us after numerous attempts of trying with Melissa and Martha. Unrelated to the incident but bad customer service, they said when we started, we would get an update on our child daily when picking our daughter up. We got a status update with the sheet of paper for two days out of several months of going there, so you have no idea how your child is doing at daycare. This is not normal and is the only daycare I have talked to in El Paso that won't let you inside the daycare to pick up/drop off your kids. They might claim Covid or kid's safety for not letting you inside, but that is definitely not true as my daughter was not safe in this daycare and you have no idea what is truly going on with no daily updates.
