Avoid this daycare if you want your infants taken care of properly and safely. We had gone to this daycare for several months and all seemed normal, until on June 8th, 2022, I happened to look at the cameras online during nap time and saw both workers in the infant room shaking my 15 month daughter in the bouncer. She was not sleeping during nap time, and the two workers looked frustrated. Instead of being calm and patient with my daughter, they took turns rocking the bouncer up and down quite aggressively and violently. I can see that my daughter in the camera looked scared and had her hands over her ears as the bouncer was moving way too fast and violently. This is completely inappropriate and not a safe environment. I told Martha (manager of Yvette location) and Melissa (owner and runs Alabama location) immediately and sent them the video from the camera and they said they handled the situation with the workers by I guess writing them up. I could never take my daughter back there after how she was treated, and this is a warning to anyone who is considering this daycare. I have waited till now to write the review as I have been trying to collect several weeks of money back from Melissa(owner), but she just ignores my calls and text messages at this point and has decided to not do the right thing. I prepaid all of June and the incident happened on June 8th, so I tried to get two weeks of money back for the end of June as my daughter never went back to this daycare after June 8th, but Melissa will not respond to my messages anymore. After a bad incident, they have terrible customer service by not even trying to do the right thing and not reimbursing us after numerous attempts of trying with Melissa and Martha. Unrelated to the incident but bad customer service, they said when we started, we would get an update on our child daily when picking our daughter up. We got a status update with the sheet of paper for two days out of several months of going there, so you have no idea how your child is doing at daycare. This is not normal and is the only daycare I have talked to in El Paso that won't let you inside the daycare to pick up/drop off your kids. They might claim Covid or kid's safety for not letting you inside, but that is definitely not true as my daughter was not safe in this daycare and you have no idea what is truly going on with no daily updates. read more

I was harassed, threatened, told I was a horrible parent and a drug addict from coming from interview on the east side, and the person whom to pick up my son had gotten into a car accident. Martha didn't call me or anyone else only my mother twice to tell her. She didn't follow the guidelines. Then Melissa Ocampo And her husband Robert all stated I'm a drug addict? A bad mother because I came from an interview (had to do a background and drug test etc. which I showed authorities and the state) and Melissa stated "I don't give a shit about the kid to wait when he's starving and tired" and I advised her I was waiting for the law enforcements had advised me to do so. She threatened me for trespassing. Whole nine yards. Everything recorded. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. They stopped serving dinner and claim they feed them. Their lunch is basically nothing; they serve only noodles and most of the time kids are still hungry. If kids are there from 8AM-6Pm they need more than what they serve. I have seen when there are too many kids and only one care provider. YOUR CHILD can NOT be taken care of properly if there are 20 kids and only 1 provider. The place is infested with mice and cockroaches. check for lice! The blankets for nap time are rarely washed. Go ahead and smell them. Oh, and there is always new staff. Kids rarely see a familiar face. PARENTS PLEASE LOOK FOR SIGNS. Does your child always cry because he or she is hungry? See different mood swings? Is your child always crying when you drop him or her off? Yes, they have cameras, but it doesn't show you what they are eating. During nap time they are forced to nap. One day they will get caught. My kids started going there back in 2011. I needed a daycare to drop off my 2 boys at school and pick them up. Then I found out I was pregnant. They took my new daughter at 8weeks. They kept her in a nursery and I have to say that the ladies are amazing and sweet! They keep track of feedings, changings, etc. My kids stayed there until my daughter was 2. We had to move and I will really miss the family feel of the workers. My daughter was just starting their preschool classes. I highly recommend this little diamond in the ruff! read more

Amazing is to little of a word for this place. The ladies are heaven sent and wonderful, they take care of the kids as if their own. My daughter loved Mrs.Jolie she's such a blessing and beautiful woman. I highly recommend this daycare and you can go to work worry free your children are in excellent hands and there classes are exceptional. My girl learned so much in so so little time with them, as of right now she's a little ahead of her peers due to the education she received at the pre k level there...Bella's is hands down one of the best...I loved them all and still missed them to this day read more
