Not a good idea to wait last minute to call but Kent made it work. I must also include the staff they were also helpful, front desk individuals were helpful.

My boys (4 &1) have been going here for a year and I am floored by how much the staff has gone above and beyond to treat them like family. Ms. Rosa and Ms. Rita are always so happy and upbeat and the entire daycare has a positive, homey vibe that I LOVE! I wish I could stay with them forever but we are sadly moving. I wanted to write this because if you, like me, are hesitant about sending your young kids somewhere I promise you this is the place you want them at. I Love KinderCare and the loving environment Barbara fosters there.

My son has also developed various new skills (communication, social, maturity) and we thank his teacher for that, we as parents also like to know how our kiddos are improving day to day or just how well they did throughout the day, most of the times the owner and director will sure you know that progress when returning our kid to us at pick up time. I would recommend Funstars to anyone looking for a great daycare.

Upon picking her up for the last time she has poop running down her leg and I was forced to change her outside in the cold. To start, there was so much "miscommunication" and a huge language barrier. I've lived in multiple countries and know how to get around this issue well, but they were unwilling to take necessary actions to do so. Enrolling was great, but once my daughter was enrolled the issues began to pile up. If you or your children don't speak Spanish fluently do not enroll your children here. I told them I suspected a food allergy, and was informed that since I didn't have a doctors note that they couldn't be responsible, they would still give it to her because the state required, or I would have to bring all of her meals since she couldn't have certain types of fruit. We were sent home with other children's bottles, or without her things entirely. She has come home with scratches, bruises, and other issues and they NEVER would tell me how it happened. She's been in the care of others before and NEVER been as sick as she has been in the past 2 months. I was never allowed to see her inside playing with the other children. They only sent 2 pictures from her entire time being there.

As a parent, especially starting daycare in infancy, that kind of trust and peace of mind is priceless. They are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and intentional with everything they do. We highly recommend them to any family, especially those with infants. Honestly, we wish we could take them everywhere with us!

We have not been disappointed with their care for our child. Here are some reasons why you may hate leaving your child there: (1) If you do not celebrate holidays, you may hate the fact that the staff dress up, take pictures of your children, and give candy for the parents. (2) In the 18 months and younger section, the caretakers must wear disposable shoe covers over their kicks. (3) When our child was sick at home, the caregivers randomly called and bugged us. (4) They take pictures of your kids after consent. (5) They have an outdoor play area and many toys inside. (6) They teach the older kids spanish and how to do some simple dances. (7) They gave our child a going-away gift. What is this place? A daycare? An extended family? In conclusion, if we return to EP, we would love to enroll our son with this daycare as the ladies loved our child and we enjoyed their company.
