Dr Bat took his time with the freezing, which let's admit is the most nerve racking thing about the dentist! I felt minimal to ZERO pain throughout the whole procedure. Dr. Bat (or Batt) was extremely tuned into to my gestures of confort, or slight discomfort, all while I was watching my favourite show and trying not to laugh. To find a dentist who is not only empathetic , skilled and knowledgeable....but also...an artist! My teeth look fantastic! Thank you to the team at Orchard Park Dental!

My hygienist, Danielle and Pam along with all the other assistants, are all the best in the business. Terry & her front end staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly. OPD doesn't need to advertise, their customer service and quality of work speaks for itself. Perry, you have a wonderful TEAM!

I have had an excellent experience here for many years. Everyone is pleasant, the dentists that I…read morehave had have been very skilled, very knowledgeable and committed to solving problems. Everything is explained very clearly and my perspective is heard. Over sixty years ago I had a very overcrowded mouth, six non molar teeth were removed and I had my teeth straightened. Over the years they have moved a lot. The OK Dentistry have kept my teeth healthy. Since they shift and don't line up well, sometimes a tooth needs to be ground down because my bite is damaging it. Excellent work done all good.

My first experience at Okanagan Dentistry was very disappointing due to what felt like an…read moreunnecessarily stretched process and poor communication. I contacted the clinic to schedule cavity treatment / a filling, but because my request was misunderstood at the front desk, one appointment ended up being essentially unproductive and did not move my main issue forward. What made it worse is that I was finally "examined" at my later visit -- something that could have been done during the previous appointment -- and it was still unclear what the earlier visit was meant to accomplish.

We figured, better to attend to it in the city, rather than the mountains, so called a few dentists in Kelowna, and finally reached Creekside, they were able to get us in to see Dr Colter in less than 2 hours, fix the problem, and send us on our way, in less than 90minutes, from phone call. Charge was very reasonable ($125), including x-rays. Very pleasant office staff :)

My wife visited Jubilee Dental Clinic in Summerland, BC earlier this year…read more She was booked for an exam and a cleaning. The hygenist saw my wife. He complimented my wife about her overall dental hygiene - her gum lines were good and there no deep pits by the roots of the teeth. Still he charged 6 units of scaling. This would mean that she was in his care for an hour and a half - that did not happen. During the exam, the dentist wanted to fill two cavities - my wife declined. My wife visited a different dentist yesterday. She was charged for 2 units of scaling. Even more telling - the dentist identified two concerns about cavities; but the dentist put the two cavity concerns on a watch - no immediate action required. I cannot recommend this clinic - my experience is that they are only concerned about how much they can bill. Don't be fooled by their smiles and friendly comments, they are only in it for the money.
