We figured, better to attend to it in the city, rather than the mountains, so called a few dentists in Kelowna, and finally reached Creekside, they were able to get us in to see Dr Colter in less than 2 hours, fix the problem, and send us on our way, in less than 90minutes, from phone call. Charge was very reasonable ($125), including x-rays. Very pleasant office staff :)

I couldn't even breathe properly because my teeth were hurting me so bad. Instead of helping me, I was booked at like some kind of drug addict and told i was fine. Don't ever go here if you're in pain or you need help with anything!

I had a disappointing experience with One Dental Clinic. I initially visited for minor dental work,…read morebut following treatment, I experienced ongoing tooth sensitivity that did not resolve over time. During a follow-up visit, the issue was not properly diagnosed, and only a brief, superficial procedure was performed without addressing the root cause. Despite the problem clearly being related to prior treatment, I was still charged for the visit, which felt inappropriate and indicative of a commercial rather than patient-focused approach. Unfortunately, the condition worsened after this appointment. What is most concerning is the lack of professionalism in follow-up care -- I raised these concerns directly with the clinic, but received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. Overall, this experience reflects poor accountability, inadequate treatment standards, and a concerning emphasis on billing over patient care. I would not recommend this clinic.
