Now the new management team doesn't care what so ever. All they care about is the rent. They try to find extra things to bill you for to make money off of you. The hallways in the buildings are always filthy, the laundry room are filthy as well with the machines are broken. The grounds are nasty and dirty. The maintenance people are always quitting. I didn't have a laundry facility in the building for 3 years. Finally when I did move out after being there for years, I wanted to get my mail because my change of address wasn't processed right away, I called the phone in the rental office( the Assistant Manager) ignored my calls, I assumed she was looking at caller I.D., and she wouldn't answer the phone. As soon as I used a friend's phone, she answered on the first ring. I asked if I could get my mail, and I explained to her what was going on with the mail being processed to my new address, she became very rude and disrespectful and told me I couldn't have my mail because I no longer lived there. I stated to her, " it's still MY mail." She basically hung up on me saying she would have to check with the Manager. She was so rude and ignorant!!!! So happy and blessed to be out of there!!!
