In my case Blind Spot Monitoring did not work and they charged me $100 for testing found nothing and wanted to charge another $400 for MORE testing without guarantee of fixing the problem. And the problem was flat battery (clearly stated in the manual) yet they asked for more testing and more money. When i asked if maybe the battery is the problem they said no. When i replaced the battery (elsewhere) two days later the Bling Spot Monitoring started working - miracle. Idiots do not know basics about repairs of their own brand cars or they wanted to take me for a ride - not sure what is worst.

I had had no…read moreproblems with my Kia Rondo until recently when the hand break notification light was constantly on and then my break broke. This was a safety risk so I took it to Kia and they assessed it and advised that it'll take a few days to get the part. A few days later, I get the call and go in and they tell me it isn't covered under warranty and I'll need to pay. The reason they gave is because they thought that my mechanic must have damaged it in the last service. As it was an emergency, I paid the money but explained that it's a warranty problem and I shouldn't have to pay. They didn't care whatsoever. Not happy at all.
