The person who died collected antique cars and the funeral home found an antique hearse and an antique funeral flower hearse and limo for services. The vehicles were beautiful and immaculate. The service was held in a local church and the programs done were amazing. There was a keepable funeral card; a trifold almost silky autobiographical hand out as well as a service program. There were photos that were blown up and flowers were arranged beautifully. The cemetery service was respectful and all the family was given roses. I would definitely hire them for any funeral.

I recently came here for my neighbor's funeral and you really can't ask for a more compassionate…read moreand professional staff. First of all, the actual facility is really well kept and beautiful. They have a cemetary right next to the property so I imagine if you have a plot there, it's very convenient for the guests to just walk over. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the building and the front lobby is well decorated and clean. The ceremony I attended was held in a comfortable room complete with several round tables simply decorated with flowers and pull out chairs. If you would like to have a slideshow of your loved one with music playing during the service, that is easily arranged. You can put your photos on a hard drive and give it to the funeral director. This was a nice touch. Afterwards, we enjoyed some food and light appetizers in their banquet room located across the hall. Again, I interacted with most of the staff present that day and everyone was so kind and respectful.

Johann Malivert, the Funeral Director, made this as easy for my closet daughter and I as possible. She is absolutely wonderful! Kind, friendly, compassionate, she is far more than I expected. Not cold and formal, but warm and helpful. The Neptune Society, is, of course, the best in this business, and Johann represents them very well. My father passed away in…read moreDecember, and due to circumstances outside of their control, it took nearly four months for his cremation to be completed. While I understand delays can happen, everything that followed was completely unacceptable. Over the course of those months, I spoke with Michelle multiple times and clearly communicated several important requests. I specifically asked for my father's ashes to be separated, for a flag to be arranged for him as a veteran for the National Cemetery service when my brother picked up the ashes, and for guidance on what was needed to properly schedule the cemetery service. None of these requests were handled. As a result, we were left scrambling on the day of the service--having to pick up the flag the and nearly missing out on having military honors at my father's ceremony altogether due to her lack of communication regarding the steps needed in order to arrange this. This added an incredible amount of stress to an already emotional and difficult time. At the start of the process, there was also an issue where we were told we would be charged to move my father's body, and it was implied that we had authorized Eternity Funeral Home to take him in the first place, which is simply not true. The officer only provided my brother with a card and informed him where our father was being transported--no consent was given. Despite all of this, we were eventually able to lay my father to rest peacefully, but it was in spite of the funeral home--not because of them. When I tried to address these concerns with Michelle, I was met with defensiveness and blame being shifted onto me. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a field that should be centered around compassion and support. I truly hope no other family has to go through the added stress and frustration that we experienced during such a painful time.

This is something I have never done so I was a bit nervous but the staff was very helpful and eased my concerns. Everything went well with a mixture of tears and joy for the man we knew. The place was very comfortable, spacious with an abundance of parking and the reception area well decorated with flowers and multiple screens of slideshows of my cousin. And his wife expressed that the staff were very helpful in making arrangements for all aspects, including a small buffet following the ceremony. Not the most pleasant time for a sudden loss but the staff did an excellent job.
