I purchased a bottle of wine for a friend's birthday over their website, was charged for the product and shipping, and received a confirmation email that stated that if there were any questions to respond to the email. I never received any shipping information from the company, and wanted to find out when I could expect the shipment to arrive. I have emailed them several times, with no response. This is a very nice place and the wines were exceptionally good in my opinion. The ledoux Pinot was my favorite. The manager is funny, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure my wife and I had an enjoyable experience. Their wine club is a great deal too. read more
