When you call the branch , no one has authority to credit back fees .. Customer service in Charleston Wv has no authority to credit back fees. They have no clue who the CEO is or who I can file a dispute with..Of course they aren't going to say it was bank error that my accounts unlinked themselves.. on top of this they made sure to send the $200 check thru first so they could charge me $36 each for a $3.00 and a $10.00 payment. So I had a check returned when the money was clearly showing as there and then got hit with $72 in nsf fees.. I have screen shots of all this but no one to dispute it with because apparently no one is in charge

They are organized, thoughtful, careful, and very efficient in moving all types and sizes of objects, even in cramped and challenging circumstances. They are also pleasant, cordial, and very pleasant to be around. Showed up late and had no moving truck, had to rent a trailer for them to move tw loads. Very disappointed them and their performance. Drug their feet all the way. If you are thinking about using these people you should just rent your own U-Haul and do it yourself to prevent stuff from being ruined or broken. The deal was 1100.00 to pack and move a short distance. In 8 hours they were asking for more money to complete the move. I just rented a trailer and finished it myself. They complained that we didn't have stuff boxed up and they had to do it also. The agreement was pack and move. They cost us probably 500.00 more in food and finishing the move ourselves.
