The owner, Vicki, went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly, from coordinating with other vendors prior to and during the event, to allowing us to change our bar package multiple times... Vicki even created the gorgeous cake topper in the photo for my sister on the day of her wedding when we realized we didn't have one. Two of Vicki's family members (daughter Nicole and I think daughter in law?) bartended during our event and did a great job. I don't think we made a single request throughout this entire process that Willow Creek said "no" to. They also have an amazing supply of decorations (vases, candles, easels, archways, table numbers, etc.) that you have access to which is a huge money and stress saver! After our event, we didn't need to lift a finger: all of our decorations and belongings were carefully packed up and we just picked them up and were good to go! We are so grateful to have discovered Willow Creek and I highly recommend you host your event there!

I was secure in that everything was set up properly. All my wishes were met. Everything would be well. I rented a mansion and got oh so much more. As for what the place looks like, it's stunning. It has charm, history and amazing grounds. This event was during a snowfall and it was magical. I can't wait to do something in the spring. The gardens are beyond amazing. She has a great list of people to use for caterers as well as professional services. Seriously could be one stop shopping. I have not used the outdoor tent. I have seen it up. It's beautiful! It does have sides if the weather is not perfect. I was told it can accommodate up to 300. There are seven suites each with their own bath. Most with jetted 2 person tubs. I was told that she will be doing individual rooms over the winter for getaways as well as being able to rent the entire mansion for a day or overnight.

Parking for this venue can be found all around Main St and directly next to the venue. This can be a pain point for some if you're unfamiliar. They bring in a huge variety of acts all throughout the year and also host events (thing weddings, corporate parties, etc). The drinks are pretty reasonably priced from what I can remember (this may have changed) and there are two bars throughout the venue. Bathrooms are very nasty and the acoustics/sound of this room can make it difficult to hear anything front men and women are singing at any given time. Overall I think this is a fine venue and I'm glad we have it here! I don't do a ton of live music anymore, but I'm grateful to the armory for bringing in such a wide array of programming.
