I have never seen anybody who has given so many excuses for work that was supposed to benefit me, the seller. He was supposed to be my agent and work for my best interest. All the work required to sell the home was passed onto someone else, and he always blamed issues on something. He did the minimum amount of work possible. He kept pushing me to drive down the price by putting down my property. If I hadn't listen to him, I would've have sold it for at least another $150,000 for the property in this hot seller market. I never felt he was completely honest or transparent with me. The first time he wanted me to hire him, he pretended to rush to get my signature and go. I always had to chase him for everything. Westley Williams has to be the worst realtor in the industry! He was so unprofessional, and careless! If I could give him NEGATIVE stars I would! He doesn't even deserve to be a realtor in CA or any state for that matter!!! He was late to our showing by an hour and had no remorse! He didn't even give us a heads up that he was going to be late. In fact, my husband and I finally called him after 45 mins had past and he was still a no show and he acted like he completely forgot he even scheduled a showing with us! We ended up liking the house so we reluctantly had him write an offer for us. It was a multiple offer and we are cash investors that were willing to do whatever to get the deal. We signed the offer the second he sent it to us and apparently we found out he had another client he submitted an offer on the same house. He told them what we were offering and had them offer more. The only reason we even know this is once it closed we have a friend that lives in the neighborhood of the house that met the new neighbor. The neighbor aka Westley's other client told my friend the only reason the won was because he told them the offer we submitted! My one piece of advice for anyone that ever comes in contact with this horrible realtor is to run, run fast! Any realtor would be better than him! He also was very uneducated with real estate and couldn't answer basic questions regarding the property! NEVER USE THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A REALTOR! read more
