Luckily…read morethis place was open the Monday before Christmas - walked in to find the salon packed and very busy! A man working asked if I had an appointment (which I did not) and said they were full with appointments until late in the afternoon. He was kind enough to squeeze me in for a dip polish change and I was ecstatic! My nails look fabulous and I was super grateful that they were able to take my walk-in even though they were busy. The lady who did my nails fixed one of my broken thumbs (crisis diverted) and the total for the dip polish pre-tip was $41. I'm pleased with the results and highly recommend to locals that live in Canton/Plymouth/Livonia area!

The flowers looked like blobs, the French tips were not even or consistent. The nails were misshaped, uneven, and the same finger on each hand did not match. Not to mention, someone came in after me and was apparently impatiently waiting for me to be done even though I was there on an appointment. The vibe was meh. The tech could barely speak English enough to have any sort of conversation with me. I went home, filed all of it off, and redid them myself. Waste of $90. I called and spoke with a manager to tell them my experience. They told me I could come back and have them fix it for me. Why would I go back and have the same person who already wasted so much time on a poorly done acrylic set "fix" it for me? Was told the techs work on commission and they do not fix each others work. Recommended Diane next time. Great. Wish I knew that before I booked. Not going back.

I'm not paying 2. I've went to different nail tech's and this has NEVER happened 3 days later. The manager tried to make it seem like it could've been me. She kept saying it can be from me washing my hair or oiling my scalp. THEY all tried to come up with excuses to make me feel like I did something wrong. That's hurtful and so inconsiderate because i spent my hard working money to feel good and they are not taking accountability. I spoke to the manager again today and she still tried to blame me and kept saying I was going to have to pay. I kept asking to talk to the owner and they couldn't provide me with an email or a number or ANYTHING. I'm so upset because they really played in my face and kept being rude like I did something wrong. I figured out who the owner is and she's there EVERYDAY. It's so messed up cause she couldn't even get on the phone and understand me or talk to me women to women. Btw the owner is "Ming". I did my research

I waited about 30 minutes for someone to set me up to soak off my old acrylic overlay (which soaking off is always a long process) so why I wasn't set up to soak when I walked in was strange to me. I didn't realize everything was á la carte in terms of pricing. A very simple overlay with polish, shaping, and glitter ended up priced more than $100. I ended up spending about 2.5 hours there.
