As a…read morerecent founder of a new product concept, I was struggling hard with how to transform my Shopify website into something I'm proud of and to get our epic product out into the world. I'm not much of a Yelp user, but I gave this platform a try and found On Your Mark Solutions near me. Couldn't have made a better decision! They took the reins from the beginning, guided & taught me what was happening throughout the process, and executed above and beyond what I expected. Aside from the Shopify development work completed, they did a bunch of added design work to amplify our web look and transform our raw images into beautifully crafted pieces that work so well on the website. So good at what they do! They were proactive throughout the process, friendly, professional, and very enjoyable to work with. Very happy with outcome and will definitely hire them again as we continue to scale up!

Running a business is a lot of moving parts and Mark was able to work with our schedule and be extremely patient and effectively communicate when I had the time to hop on calls with him. The website process was done in steps with Mark providing visual and video of the direction the website was moving and it made things a lot easier for someone without website experience to understand. We couldn't be happier with the value On Your Mark Solutions provided to our business. Mark is very patient and easy to work with, he really held our hand along the way. This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.
