I cannot stress enough how awful this place is. Constant harassment from the property manager and her husband. I didn't want to post anything regarding this dump but after reading another comment about how another individual was also being harassed I could not stay quiet. To anyone seeking homes in this area I implore you to ask yourself " Do I want to be disrespected in my own home?" Sadly that's what you have to deal with if you choose to live here. If my pleads fell on deaf ears then I'll heavily recommend to everyone to keep your recipes. Not only was this told to me when I purchased the home but the same month I had purchased the home I get multiple phone calls regarding my "Late lot rent" knowing the previous owner had already taken care of this that didn't stop them from trying to pocket more money. Was harassed in my grandmother's yard for doing yard work. They took pictures and videos of me without my permission, when I asked for them to be deleted because it's against my religious beliefs they refuse. I had to call the law just to get them to stop sitting there watching me. Felt very unsafe. This is a very scary,not welcoming neighborhood at all 10/10 would not recommend anyone to live in this trailerpark at all. My grandmother has been harassed by the management and has had to provide proof countless times that she has paid rent just because they want more money in their pockets. read more
