Melissa texted me and said she didn't have a 2 bedroom unit to show me but I could come in for more information I told her that wouldn't be necessary since I already had the information I needed and wanted to know when a 2 bedroom unit would be available Melissa didn't respond. I then Emailed Lisa since she set up the appointment and cancelled and told her why she then said in her Email back to me the earliest move in for a 2 bedroom unit would be the very day I had my showing scheduled when I asked her if there was or wasn't a unit available to show since Melissa said there wasn't and she said there was I was confused Lisa then sent me the office number and told me to call the office for further information lol So apparently no one at Quail Ridge Villas knows if they have something available or not 2 employees contradict each other and then property manager decides not to communicate back with you pretty sure that is what most of us call unprofessional. I don't think I want to live there if they can't decide if they have something to rent .

Frank takes care of maintenance and repairs VERY quickly, even after hours and on weekends. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus! Even though there are a lot of children living in the complex, the neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint, which prevents a 5-star rating, is the company used for landscaping maintenance. They do a poor job.

The apartments are beautiful and sitting on my patio taking in the beautiful veiw of the lake and the park that I enjoy every season of the year it is just amazing. My front yard is Lucern Park how lucky am I to have such a peaceful and beautiful place to live here in Warsaw and for it to be an Apartment complex I never thought apartment living could be so good! The management ( Brenda ) is awesome and the maintence ( Frank ) is superb and my neighbors ( Cheryle & her family ) who moved in the same day as we did have turned out to be like family to us. We watch out for each other. I have made Pike Point Apartments our Home for my two Son's and I for the last 8 years and have no Intentions of moving anywhere else anytime soon even though I have a 3 bedroom and the Boy's have both grown and moved out on there own now , this is HOME !! And another great thing about Pike Point is they are pet friendly and it is not a home without my Furbaby!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE APARTMENT IN WARSAW INDIANA!!

I recommend looking elsewhere. We had a relatively small job (kitchen counter tops) and it's been…read moreawful. Their mistake would have left us with no counter tops for weeks. (Our contractor had to convince them to put the wrong piece in so we could at least use the sink.) When the correct pieces of quartz were finally installed they were chipped and scratched. The company has never even attempted to apologize for any of these things (or offer any form of refund on the payment we were required to make up front) - which would indicate that this is level of service they typically provide their customers.
