I recommend looking elsewhere. We had a relatively small job (kitchen counter tops) and it's been awful. Their mistake would have left us with no counter tops for weeks. (Our contractor had to convince them to put the wrong piece in so we could at least use the sink.) When the correct pieces of quartz were finally installed they were chipped and scratched. The company has never even attempted to apologize for any of these things (or offer any form of refund on the payment we were required to make up front) - which would indicate that this is level of service they typically provide their customers. read more

We worked with Monster remodeling on turning our landing into a bedroom space. This involved…read moreframing, drywalling, painting, adding in shelving, and moving duct work. We then had them add French doors. Start to finish, the company was responsive, answered all of my questions, and gave a fair and reasonable quote. One of the qualities that I appreciate about Peter and his crew was their attention to detail. They made sure that everything matched our home (such as moldings, casings, and creating a natural look) and truly took the time to make sure that their work was quality. They communicated well throughout the project and finish in a timely manner. I would absolutely hire them in the future for other jobs in our home.

They helped us design a layout, select options, and walked us through the process without a hitch. They expertly dealt with crooked walls and other unusual features of our 1870s home, working around existing molding and beadboard to ensure the original features stayed intact during installation. Tim adjusted drawer and cabinet sizes to eke out every possible inch of space - which is very important in a home without any built-in storage! They were friendly, prompt, responsive, and consistently professional. Pricing was fair and the quality of their product is outstanding. Tim is a true master of his trade, and we are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen!
