The driver was reckless and hit my brick stoop hard, causing major damage... the bricks are totally shifted out of place and I've been playing phone/email tag for 2 months with no resolution except they are saying they will have a mason patch it. I had a mason look at it, gave an estimate to practically replace it as 80% of the bricks are so misaligned, as well as the road-facing bricks that were shattered by the impact. I'm aghast at how unprofessional they are being when they have INSURANCE to just get this REMEDIED!!! DO BETTER, CROWN!!!

I have called at least six times and sent pictures through e-mail that they requested. Every time I was told an owner was unavailable to speak to me but they would get back to me. I have yet to recieve that call. When the home owner called a couple of weeks later he was told that they never recieved a complaint about that address.
