I made several calls to various companies who will deliver topsoil and mulch to a family member in Calverton. Crown Sanitation came in with THE best price and service - by far. I spoke with Pete = super personable guy and his goal is to serve his community. It's not about the money but, money is necessary to survive. What a great guy and company!! I had my 87 year old mother's roof replaced by Martins Roofing and they subcontracted CROWN for the dumpster. The driver was reckless and hit my brick stoop hard, causing major damage... the bricks are totally shifted out of place and I've been playing phone/email tag for 2 months with no resolution except they are saying they will have a mason patch it. I had a mason look at it, gave an estimate to practically replace it as 80% of the bricks are so misaligned, as well as the road-facing bricks that were shattered by the impact. I am a mason contractor and I had a dumpster delivered for a job I was doing. when Crown came to pick up the dumpster they caused significant damage to the driveway. I have called at least six times and sent pictures through e-mail that they requested. Every time I was told an owner was unavailable to speak to me but they would get back to me. I have yet to recieve that call. When the home owner called a couple of weeks later he was told that they never recieved a complaint about that address. I have needed adumster several times since and will never give them my business again. Gave them one star only because I had to. read more

This place is horrible to deal with.Delivered a dumpster 2 days late and the dumpster was unusable. The lady that answers the phone actually tried to turn this around on me, like I shouldn't be aggravated after them charging me for a dumpster they didn't deliver! I used them for a construction job last summer. Somehow they thought all the other jobs my contractor used them for should be billed to MY CREDIT CARD. Over two weeks now and still waiting for the refund they said the made. Don't use them if you pay with a credit card! read more
