Each time,…read morethe physical therapist I worked with was skilled and knowledgeable about my symptoms and treatment. The exercises and stretches I was prescribed were effective and got me back to health quickly. The PTs were very perceptive and picked up important clues to my problems that I couldn't see. Michael was especially good at this. The equipment - balls, weights, machines, tables, etcetera - was all clean and well maintained. The main room is pleasant to be in with lots of natural light. All the scheduling and administrative stuff went very smoothly, too.

Thought it was just for 6 weeks, I was assigned 3 different therapists, each handling me for not more than 2 weeks because the first two were leaving the practice and they couldn't accommodate me otherwise. So, I was put through 3 different treatment styles and exercises at the end of all of which I made ZERO progress with my condition. In fact on the contrary the condition worsened, which according to the orthopaedic specialist was because of some of the exercises that had been recommended. Filing a poor service complaint with the insurance company proved useless since they didn't share any specifics of the follow-up they did with Emerson other than stating that they weren't happy with their service. Very disappointing!

I thought that OT solely dealt with fine motor skills-boy was I wrong. I think that my son could be their poster child! I learned about sensory integration, proprioception, amongst other terms that I didn't even know existed! Look no further, as Kidlink Therapy is not only skilled, but knowledgable beyond recognition!

This is where the organization went bad. Ever facility we picked, they came back and let me know they are no longer accepting parental placement. After going through 3-4 facilities they point blank told us the best way to get him help was turn him over to state custody and then all of their locations would accept him. They get $150/day from the federal government for each kid in state custody, but they do not get that money if a kid is parental placement. My son was adopted so he has already been through the system before, and I am not doing that again. So of you are looking for a treatment facility for your kid, do NOT use Kidlink.

ATI Physical Therapy - They are getting $374.96 per session for one hour of lack-compassion work

I don't not recommend this location to anyone. I got…read morereferred to this location through my primary physician. I was very disappointed by the service I got from them. The therapists there were very indifferent and were lack of compassion for what they were doing. One time, I worked with the site manager that I did not know until later. She had her hands in her pockets the whole time. She gave me instructions as if i were not a person let alone a patient to her. She stood there with slouched back, very unpleasant. Considering I had aches and pains and also I was very anxious about my physical health, her presence was just very depressing. Their service is not worthy of my $35 copayment, let alone the total of $374.96 including the payment from my insurance. I would not recommend anyone to go to ATI. Thumbs down

Heard good things about this place, and my 1st full PT session here was great, but after that…read morethings went downhill & stayed there. Ended up seeing 6 therapists in less than 2 months, not by my choice. I routinely showed up to see one therapist and was given another therapist, even when the therapist I was supposed to see was there working w/ other patients the entire time. More than once, I was handed off to a new therapist in the middle of a PT session w/ no explanation. The last time, the therapist who randomly stopped mid-session spent the rest of my session (about 25 minutes) chatting/laughing with another patient, then another therapist, and sporadically typing on her laptop, none of which seemed like a good reason to quit mid-session. With another therapist, I ended up on my cell phone (or watching other patients on theirs) while we waited for him to get back to us. He was trying so hard, I felt bad for him, but he literally had 4 patients booked at the same or overlapping times! The only explanation I ever got for any of this (and I had to ask, they don't volunteer any info) was it's routine to book multiple patients at once. Two patients at the same time seems ok, but who can effectively juggle four at once? It's no wonder that with all this changeover, I wasn't getting much out of PT. When I'd had enough and called to cancel my future sessions, I was put on the phone w/ my "original" (actually 2nd) therapist who told me ATI policy is a maximum of 2 therapists per patient. Ok, but then why did she say nothing that morning when I walked in to see her again, she pointed me to another therapist (2nd one that morning), then she saw another therapist (3rd one) step in to finish my PT? Why'd she sound so surprised on the phone when I said I'd seen too many therapists? She's not a bad person or therapist, but no one at ATI seems to be in charge of making sure patients receive decent or consistent care. Maybe ATI is having staffing issues, but that's still no excuse for such poor communication and patient management. It's just rude and disrespectful to never give ANY explanation for last minute changes. Not before, not during, and not even after several appointments like this. I had high hopes for ATI, but agree with Cheryl C.'s review from Aug 2019. It's been 5 years and it feels like things have only gotten worse. I will not be going back.

Staff are off the wing in activities or attending to the needs of residents in their apartments leaving the majority of residents alone in common areas. Personal care attendants change frequently so there is little room for relationship building between the residents/family and there is little overall work experience/training. Though the gardens are lovely there are not enough staff to escort the residents to the garden or sit with them outside. Activities/Entertainment is only available to those residents who are comfortable leaving their living area and attending large group activities in a large common activity room. Residents need to be escorted to and from activities by an RCA which does not allow residents to come and go freely from activities or participate at their own level. Though Bridges states that activities are held on the wings, they are of poor quality, not stimulating, very infrequent and not conducted by trained activities staff. There is no parallel programming so when a resident is not able to participate in the larger activities there is nothing available for those left behind. The dining experience is lacking, very noisy and cold. There is nothing to absorb the sound created by serving and clearing the dishes. The utensils are too large, the glasses and mugs are too heavy and there is no consideration for color contrasting that is needed for individuals with dementia (everything is blue). If a resident has an unsteady hand or diminished strength they would find it difficult to comfortably use the items provided. There is no consideration for using table clothes or any other table decor to decrease the noise or add to the overall pleasure of dining. Scraping dishes and running the dishwasher next to the residents while they are still eating and socializing does not make a pleasurable dining experience. The lighting in the residents room need improvement. There is only one dim ceiling light. Lots of extra lighting needs to be brought in by family members which leads to safety hazards for the residents. There is little individual attention to laundry causing items to shrink or get lost. There is nothing personal on the walls where the residents live to celebrate their lives such as personal photographs, art work, birthdays, seasonal decorations, sports memorabilia etc. The atmosphere is very sterile. The only display of creativity is in a small area outside the residents living space. How does one know what month it is if there are no seasonal decorations or calendars? Not enough items to orient or bring forth memories for an individual with memory loss.
