Granted they had just opened, so I ordered from the menu an Avocado toast on ciabatta. As you can see from the image, that is not what was served. I was really disappointed. Not only for I'm sure a price difference but it's not fresh avocado (which I should have asked) but mainly that I wasn't made aware or asked if it was okay to put on wheat bread. After taking a couple bites I had to throw it away. It was awful. Overall I felt that if you'd like an amazing coffee, this is your place. If you wanted food as well, I wouldn't suggest going in their first hour and would check your food before leaving to make sure you got what you ordered. I will try again and look forward to updating with a better review. Sad to be disappointed as I was looking forward to a different experience, especially as a newly opened cafe.

Helpful with suggestions with different types of ingredients and offering some very nice recipes as well. They actually take the time to talk to you, which to me is very important as a customer. I try to support small local businesses whenever I can. Stop by if you're in the market and want to visit an Asian grocery store, you'll be happy you did!

They are part butcher shop, part deli, part bakery, part grab and go entree place, part produce store and part grocery store. And their prices are beyond belief. We just spent only $28.35 on all of this (below prices are before tax): An 11-ounce Raspberry Butter coffee cake for $2.59 Two and a half pounds of meat stuffed peppers for $12.82 A pint of pasta fagioli soup for $1.99 2 pounds of baked cabbage leaves in tomato sauce for $3.79 14-ounces of potato cheese pierogis for $4.71 1.6 pounds of chicken thighs for $2.72 That's plenty of dinners, for next to nothing. Their Deli selection is different from the other delis I went to so I sampled 1/4 pound of various new to me items and they were all a hit, but the 2 stand outs were a fenugreek cheese which is literally to die for, and a pork tongue head cheese! I went back in & got 2 pounds of both!!! They have isles of European candies that are Devine, but most of the other delis have full size or oversize bars. This Deli has smaller sizes so you can sample stuff & they charge per pound. So you can try as many different types of candy as you want for 7.99 per pound & we all know Euro chocolate is soooo much better than American, BTW, so are their wafer cookies. I cannot be bothered with ours, but there's are so stinking good! They had a different assortment of teas, which if you don't know every Polish Deli has a huge selection of fruit teas & they are cheaper than our stores. (they even beat Ocean State's prices) The had a smaller selection of goods & bakery items, but theybwere different and very good. The store was small & everyone spoke Polish & English, so if you are new to international grocery stores, this is a good starter store.

Although he be small, he be huge in what he carries. He, being Allen the Owner. Absolutely a funny, kind and attentive shopkeeper. Krystal also is so friendly and helpful. A wonderful pair whomever is there when you stop in. A clean and well organized shop. PLENTY of choices whether it be tea, sweets, gifts, frozen meats or turnovers and the best damn ketchup EVER. The list goes on. The rooms are small but what Allen carries in this shop is amazing. This shop has encouraged us to also check out Northampton. Wow this town has a lot to offer. If you're not familiar with it, like us, definitely look into the town/city before making a trip. Make a day of it. And bring a cooler for the turnover, popovers and meats you'll be toting home :)

It used to be across in the…read moreopposite building and a bunch of stairs had to be navigated but Alan moved to a more accessible spot a couple of years back. This place is a real goldmine for anything British/Irish, and I can get all my favourite foods from childhood here. His selection of frozen pies, bacon, haggis, jams, clotted cream, crisps (chips) and sweets (candy) is impressive, and pricing is good for imported foods. Alan is a wonderful man, very attentive and knows where absolutely everything is. The only drawback is that public parking can sometimes be hard to find as it fills up quickly outside.
