They really enjoy this! I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. I could see the stage very well, and my seat was very comfortable. The restrooms were centrally located. No waiting. Very tidy. I enjoyed the snack bar and merchandise tables so much. How wonderful we were able to enjoy lovely teaching a meditation from Gen-la Dekyong. She is a no deed none in the Kadampa Modern Buddhism Tradition. She is like the pope of this Buddhist tradition and she's a woman. She's a gentle woman, and she really shares her vast knowledge as one of Geshle's original students in the UNITED kingdom 40 + years of practicing education, tourism . Fun and enlightening!! Such a wonderful evening. This teaching was called "a life without fear " & she gave such profound wisdom with us all. It was nice to see a souvenir on the wall. Pictures in frames of starts that recorders and performed here. Gorgeous!!! I would love to return again.

It's a straightforward theater so it's pretty easy to recognize where you need to go, but of course there is staff to help you to your seat anyway. The seats. The seats completely derail me everytime in these theaters. I'm sure there is not much that can be done as they want to keep their historical presence, but it's worse than an airplane seat. If you struggle to get comfortable in an airplane you'll surely struggle here. For a tall person, it's worse than an airplane seat, your knees WILL be in the person in front of you's neck, at least in the balcony. I am 5'8" and my legs were at an uncomfortable 45 degree angle with knees against the top of the seat in front of me. We are just built bigger than people were back then, and it makes those theaters really hard to get comfortable in. I was lucky enough to sit in the front row on my first visit, and that was much better when it comes to leg room. I didn't like the cocktail I got which was disappointing because it was $24!!!! It comes with a cute cup but it definitely wasn't worth it, I only had 3 sips. I think the bartender was heavy handed with the alcohol, which is a plus for some I guess. To be on the safe side and not waste your money, you might want to go with something that you know the taste of, like a beer or wine, but you'll still have to buy the cup (and you'll get $6 off the next pour). Overall it's a good experience, I've had a front row view and I've had a balcony view and both were great in terms of visibility.

The woman with the gray hair working at the register, I'm not sure if she is the owner or manager has come across as rude toward me on multiple occasions and has given me uncomfortable looks while I'm paying. I've also personally noticed what felt like different treatment toward some Jespy clients compared to other customers coming in, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at times she treats the Jespy clients differently. The setup for ordering subs can also be a little confusing, especially if it's your first time there or if the deli is busy. The line and ordering process could definitely be organized a bit better. The service overall could be friendlier and more welcoming. It's also a little pricey, so I don't go there very often. That being said, the food itself is still very good and worth trying if you're in the area.

Saturday May 31 was really the day to go…read morewhere everything was up and running from the reunion and reenactment of the Rough Riders to a boat trip in the afternoon at the dock Water front Center West End Avenu in the Park, to so many activities for the day. NOTE: do look up their website for exact details... I didn't. Dang**[. I had thought the reenactment was both days, not just Saturday. So, Sunday when I went nobody knew anything including the people at the dock house for an afternoon boat ride. However on a quiet June 1 Sunday I did get to see Teddy Roosevelt (actor) himself ,a very kind man, an enjoyable presentation from actor Patrick Falci( with help from his wife Joan at the slide projector) who was in the 1996 Rough Riders movie and 1997 Tv show with the same name. Note: if you're a history buff check it out! And a presentation from Head Librarian and curator Sue Sarna showing the - in the works - TR museum being build in N. Dakota( July 2026) a must see for buffs. Stopped by OB RR museum, Hive Market, Once upon a Stuffie, TR bully bar and Sweet tomatoes. It was the flip side for a quiet nice day in Oyster Bay.

We dealt with Jenn and Georgia and they were both very courteous and helpful. We stopped in today to get our certificate for marriage with all required documents and the whole process took about 20 to 30 minutes if that long it was a very pleasant experience thank you very much Georgia and Jenn.

You can park up by the library if there's no parking closer to Concert area or down by the fields if you get there early.. I've never had a problem. There are free public bathrooms across from the stage where the picnic tables are. I saw The Bob Lanza Blues Band . They are really energetic and fun. Every week there is something different, they even have a teen night with free pizza. Just check the local schedule for more details. It's a nice way to relax and spend a free evening with family or friends.

Now let me say that I deal with city town & village halls, up and down the east coast, almost on a daily basis. On this day the Village of Flower Field was holding an election, so I was concerned that cooperation by Village employees was going to be a problem. I was wrong. These ladies were very accommodating, pulling all the records I needed and being extremely helpful. At one point a contractor came in and started berating the ladies. I though that we were about to have an issue but they kept on helping without missing a beat. Sometimes public employees get a bad rap and I can tell you some cities and towns where that applies, but not at the Village of Flower Field. These ladies are top notch. I can say confidently that if you need anything at this Village Hall you can count on full cooperation.

The space is bright, welcoming and decked out with artwork. It's an amazing venue which continuously brings the arts and cultural events to the community. Our neighbor goes here regularly for jazz performances so the events span across all interests and genres. There's parking in the back which is extremely helpful. Speaking of extremely helpful, the staff is extremely friendly, engaged and happy to provide help, support or direction. We'll definitely be back to experience and appreciate all that the Flushing Town Hall has to offer.

One Bryant Park is the large office building that overlooks Bryant Park. People who do not work in…read morethis building will be most interested in the large public atrium on the ground floor. Anyone can come and go as they please. This means I have seen a couple homeless people there but not often. When it is too cold outside or raining, this atrium is perfect for hanging out , reading or wasting time if you have to meet someone later. You can also bring food in here and eat here too. That's why during lunchtime, it can be hard to find a seat.
