I went to USAVE to pick my mom's 2 prescriptions up around 4:45 today. At first the young man at…read morethe counter couldn't find it. He then looked on the computer and then went back to look. And he finally found it. There was no charge, but I also bought 2 bottles of water. I gave him my debit card. I hate the fact that they always sign my name instead of me signing for the charges. Then the young man's register apparently ran out of register tape, so first he asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes please. He sighed and went to another register. Then when he handed me the prescriptions, I said thank you. All he said was uh-huh. I get that it was almost closing time, but good customer service and common courtesy should be a priority.

Pharmacy manager informed me to find a new pharmacy. This is NOT good service. If you need a pharmacy look elsewhere or you'll be treated with ABSOLUTELY zero respect as a customer. I have followed chain of commands, starting with store manager and pharmacy manager. My issue was NOT resolved and so I also filed a complaint to corporate office. NEVER once did the pharmacy manager EVER apologize for "Chloe " behavior. How many other customers are treated this way??? I switched pharmacies immediately as this pharmacy is REFUSING to fill my medications. Like I mentioned, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! Search ELSEWHERE!! No wonder this pharmacy has so many negative reviews. Not to mention, I feel i CAN NOT trust this employee "Chloe" filling ANY medications!!
