On 10/22/19, I went to pick up the remainder of a prescription that had been partially filled on 10/17/19 (they didn't have enough to fill the prescription on the 17th). I had done some research because I was being charged full retail price for the 15 pills I had already picked up. I found that this particular dose was not on my plan's formulary but the higher dosage was. I called my physician's office to have them cancel the prior order and then order the higher dose and I would then have to cut the pills in half for the correct dose. I went through the drive through and picked up the prescription and found that it was for the smaller dose and I was being charged full retail price. When I tried to explain the situation to the pharmacist, she was rude and condescending. I was just trying to save some money. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Two nights later (10/24/19) I got a call from this pharmacy (an actual human instead of the usual automated voice) at 8:18 PM after the pharmacy had closed for the evening. I could hear laughter before the female voice introduced herself as "Jessica" and proceeded to ask me whether I had any questions about a DIFFERENT prescription I had picked up ONE WEEK PRIOR (10/17/19)! Really unprofessional and childish behavior from these people who are supposed to be professionals. read more
