The ER is just a joke. Day 2 in basically a storage room. Conflicting diagnoses. No real help. Don't come here.

Attentive, was welcomed by a pleasant staff. Office was fair. I actually expected a little more but overall still a good experience.

My Stem Cell Therapy Dr. Jay Stevens has been following and…read moreworking with me for several years on improving my health and my well-being. While on a family sailing trip my left knee was swelling, painful as well as having difficulty walking. Once back in North Carolina I had a MRI, which found a torn meniscus as well as osteoarthritis in knee. Next I had arthroscopic surgery on this knee. After recovery, pain was much better. Still was not able to exercise much as often would have swelling and pain. Had several draining's of the knee and cortisone shot for relief. Often I was not able to stand for longer than 30-minutes. Additionally, I have rheumatoid arthritis and diverticular disease to manage. Working most days around pain, discomfort and a feeling of being overwhelmed with all the medications I take daily. Having several attacks of diverticulitis and being concerned as taking antibiotics too often to control the attacks. Next comes a wonderful phone call from Dr. Stevens. Suggesting that I look at few websites and talk with my family and other physicians about this Stem Cell Therapy treatment to improve my life. On June 10th was the day of my Stem Cell Therapy. Had the harvesting of my stem cells and next had a shot in the left knee. Given an IV with millions of my own cells to help with the RA and diverticular disease. For the next few days worked out the soreness but was able to begin to feel better and my knee was NOT swelling. The first challenge was the beginning of diverticulitis with nausea and little discomfort only three and half weeks from treatment. Right from the start I was challenging the therapy. With increasing my water and adding additional fiber to my diet I was able to work out this attack with NO antibiotic. This would have not happened before treatment. Next was to challenge the left knee. Went hiking for three hours and had no pain and/or swelling. Daily I'm able to exercise and strength train and have been pain free. Now I have returned to a life of working out in the gym with a trainer. Playing golf and hiking as often as I like.

I went for HRT. I had an in-depth battery of tests to determine a baseline for my health. They were…read moregood at reviewing all the details of my bloodwork. Spent an entire hour with me, but the tests cost thousands of dollars and that does not include ongoing care. I paid $600 per quarter plus $150 for 90 days of compounded hormones for a year. First they wanted to cut a small slot to insert a pellet in my lower back, but I said no. We did cream roll on instead. I felt better on hormones, but to monitor them, had to take a spit test via snail mail only to discover they didn't have any enough of a sample. Then they wanted me to pay an extra $150 for bloodwork each time since the spit test didn't work. Felt like nickel and diming. They do not take insurance. When I had a side effect from the hormones they told me I needed to sign up for primary care in order for them to help me. Just doesn't make sense for them to receive so much money and then not help a patient in need. If you're someone with lots of different health issues, it might be good to get care from them, because they can review all the data together. They still refer you to specialists, which is a separate process with separate fees. An endocrinologist can prescribe and monitor hormone treatment. It's not rocket science. It wasn't a miracle drug. My skin still ages, elasticity declines, there is a risk of cancer if you don't take the right combo and don't start early enough, but mentally it's been good. Good doctors are out there. Most people don't need a concierge. After having one, I must say I'm not healthier, but it's nice to get more attention.

The office…read morestaff are friendly and helpful and I see Ms. Rebecca Boettcher, NA for my Primary Care and have always been very satisfied with excellent care. The Gastroenterology office associated with Raleigh Medical Group has been very disappointing, and I have chosen to go elsewhere for my gastric problems. I do not recommend Raleigh Medical Group Gastroenterology. Before my MRI revealed details of my condition I was started on the strongest dose of a powerful and massively expensive drug and suffered a lot of pain because the dose was far too high. (Most drugs should be titrated.) No one discussed the MRI results with me or that I have pancreatic cysts and need a special diet. I was sent a generic diet plan that was not geared to me specific illness. I will not go to that office again.

This place loves to sell you on cosmetic services more than they like to actually treat patients!…read more Very unprofessional staff, constant turnover, and calling them is impossible! But how do you reach your Dr when the office is using some joke of an app bc they're too cheap to use MyChart like every other credible practice! Instead they silo you so other providers can't see anything about your health records. So in 2026 I have to do all the work including faxing! Now they switched to another app and the onboarding was a catastrophe! I still don't have access months later and the most recent email told me to clear my cache! I'm using the app! Which translates to we don't care!

He will research many different things before just giving you a RX. He remembers what is going on with you so he can build a history. He calls me at home if he has something to ask or to answer a question. I can't say enough about his level of care and making me feel like he has my back. He isn't the type of doctor that just throws pills at you. I often get the feeling he tries not to give me anything if it isn't necessary and he likes to keep the dosage as low as possible. and I really appreciate that. He will check in to see how the medication is doing and adjust as needed. He even works with other doctors you are seeing to make sure he has an eye on your overall health. Yes, over the years there have been some hiccups with rude staff. Especially at the front, but I have seen that get better. His nurses now are super nice and the lady that always draws the blood is a pleasure! My children have been bouncing back and forth between doctors that don't care to really understand what is going on with them. I decided to transfer them to Dr Foster and I am so glad I did. What a difference even in their yearly physicals. I am confident that they will be taken care of and that means more to me than anything in the world to me. Knowing they now have a primary care doctor that cares about their health and will spend the time to work with their other doctors and make sure they are on the right meds and adjust when needed makes all of the difference in the world. I highly recommend Dr Foster to anyone.

I liked the providers at the practice, but moved and established care elsewhere…read more From an admin standpoint, it seems they are going out of their way to make the patient experience difficult. The patient portal was changed a few years ago to something much less usable than the prior portal and now, medical records must be requested from an outside company that takes at least a week to provide records (if they are even provided then, friends have had difficulty with the company insisting records were sent when they were not, and the company has abysmal reviews online) that has no ability to track status of a request, and that doesn't have a phone number on its website (wake told me their was a number there, they couldn't find it either, then gave directions to go through a series of clicks on their own website to get the number, and then finally gave me the number). Had the portal not changed, I would have been able to easily download what I needed. Instead Wake made the decision to go to this new system and I cannot even walk into the office and get records - if I walk in and make a request, I'll have to fill out a form that goes to a third party company to get the records. I was looking at establishing care in Raleigh again but I won't be returning. The providers were good but apparently admin does not care how difficult they make the process of managing the non clinical side of being a patient.
