Possibly the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met…read more I'm on a tight budget renovating some apartment units, and I stopped by Bridger Mountain Flooring on a whim while I was out looking for used appliances at Habitat for Humanity. When I told them I planned to install the carpet myself--without really knowing how much work it would be--they went above and beyond. They lent me the tools, took the time to teach me what to do, and have just been incredible throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough--this is THE place to go for flooring. All their products are high quality, but if you're on a budget like I am, they also have sale items that are comparable to (or even cheaper than) Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly generous people-- Definitely check them out!

From the second I walked in the door, to the moment I left, the staff was knowledgeable, SUPER friendly and polite, ready to help and assist, and a pleasure to work with. I have found certain pieces for a little bit cheaper a few other places, but based on the customer service in those stores compared to Bobcat, this store deserves your business. They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. I am definitely pleased with all of the interactions thus far, and I will definitely be returning to them for my furniture and home needs in the future. They have a MASSIVE amount of pieces to choose from, the store is huge. Everything is high quality, and they have inventory that suites various budget brackets. Also, found some unique pieces! Customer service was the best experience we've had in town.
