Anyway, me and The Hubs visited their Kitchen and Bath Showroom just a little over a month ago since we needed to replace some kitchen and bathroom faucets. There are many faucets on display and many more in their catalogs to choose from. Peggy Johnson was very helpful and great to work with. In a nutshell, we found some great looking faucets and replaced the main kitchen sink faucet, beverage dispenser next to the sink, and a bar sink faucet (all from the same collection so they match). We also found a nice replacement faucet for our powder room sink. It's nice to be able to see and feel these items ahead of time to know what you're getting. If you're looking for fixtures a step (or two) nicer than what you might find at the big box stores, this place is a great option. The items we chose took less than three weeks to come in. Since the other side of their business is plumbing and heating supply/distribution, they work with many local (and independent) plumbers. After being told to not contact, they kept text spamming, literally minutes later. Early in the morning too. There is a right way and a wrong way to do marketing, and harassing people from spoofed numbers is the wrong way to market your company.

We drove down and you can't go into the office because of covid precautions right now but there was a sign on the door that said to call them as they are open. You'll save 20% - 40% I mistakenly thought pros got a much better deal at Winsupply. Nope, they still pay a lot more -- even with their volume -- than I can get the exact same brand product from my go-to plumbing supply. The pros just don't care if they are paying more, because they will just be passing that cost along to their customers. So yea, if you're over a barrel this is the place. Otherwise not.

Glue had been previously frozen and had coagulated, so I drove it all the way back to get a different bottle. I showed defective merchandise to large man working there and he said: "That's the second one to come back." I asked if I may get another bottle and he said "Ya." I saw there was no other bottle but two smaller bottles of another brand and took them to the large man and asked if I may swap straight across since I had been so inconvenienced. He replied: "OH NO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT." I then decided that I would rather dive to Kelso than give this poorly run store my business and got a refund and left. If coagulated glue was a know issue, why didn't the store check the other bottles so that their future customers wouldn't be inconvenienced? Why was there any kind of "I'm sorry this happened etc.?" I've been going to this store since 1963 and it is now my store of last resort. Do yourself a favor and drive on down the road to Kelso to the Wilco store. It is serviced by farm and ranch folks who are friendly and courteous.
