Sales person did not inform me that the warrantee had passed , he went on to take the back off the watch to replace the battery. After stepping out of the store and returning he claimed he didn't have the proper battery and had to get one. While trying to re-install the back on the watch he claimed he was having trouble and could send it to the shop for proper repair. The battery cost was $21.99, which I paid so it could be repaired. The watch is not an expensive one but my daughter gave it to me on Father's Day and is more important than the original cost. After this, I will not go to the above store again.
