He measured my unit for some water damage to my wood floors and shook hands that he would would be available to do the work during the 2nd-3rd week of January. I began texting him to confirm the dates to do the work early in January. After a week plus of texting him...I texted him again and ask if/why he was ghosting me. He eventually replied that he was no longer available. I counted on Dustin and shook his hand in good faith. I had to search and find another credible flooring company (4 week lead time to do the work) to do the repair. It was very disappointing...my floors were exposed (and still are today) and my special needs child is/has been in danger crawling on the floors for much longer than was necessary. You might want to think twice before working with Dustin Cross and Cross Flooring. If he can ghost you in a minute (knowing you are in a difficult situation with a special needs child) after committing to do the work and without a care...what else is he capable of?
