Our kids have all grown up here and turned out great thanks to the teachers and staff who have always shown a high degree of professionalism and a unique ability to connect with and teach our kids. The staff treats the children and parents like family and their hands on style of teaching gets great results and seems to get through to the kids in a way that cannot be achieved in the overcrowded classrooms of the city. Clovis may be a way of life, but Foothill is a way of success. Crazy Bernie could live anywhere in the world, but I choose Prather, and feel very good about the Sierra school district teaching my Son, Granddaughters and soon to be born Grandson.

We are finishing up the Kindergarten year and Mrs. Larman has been an absolutely AMAZING teacher! The principal, Dr. Harris is very involved, hands on and genuinely loves these teachers, staff, students, and school. The sense of community and the enthusiasm to learn that they instill in these children to SOAR like eagles is off the charts! As a family we are looking forward to our child going through all the grade levels here and are excited about the education being received! We joke about how it feels like a private education! If you are new to the area, I would encourage you to call the school and schedule a tour. You won't be disappointed!

We've had many children go through this HS and they've all turned out to be great productive human beings. There's no gang nonsense and most of the kids have been raised by good people who tend to raise good people. The teachers are fantastic and very good at what they do.

The one and only redeeming aspect of this school is the music/band/choir director, Mr. Wineburger. He is an astounding man with enormous talent. He takes in the lowest of the low and brings the kids to life. He has literally saved lives.
