We arrived very late into the night after finding out nearby Sugar Land Airport had a closed runway…read moredue to construction. We had no issues landing and taxiing to the ramp, and fbo was extremely easy. To out surprise, a man came out to chock our plane and assist us in unpacking our aircraft. He was very nice and helpful. On top of that, we were so incredibly surprised to see FRESH BAKED COOKIES awaiting us inside the fbo. Nothing tastes as nice as fresh baked cookies after 6 hours in the air! As I'd this wasn't enough, there were snacks and drinks for pilots who flew in as well. We felt very welcomed, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the man working definitely made us happy we flew into this airport. All of the aircraft tie downs were occupied when we landed, but the next day, we were informed a spot had opened, and they towed and tie-downed our plane for us. From the firefly service to the snacks and clean FBO, our stay here was incredible!
