I've trusted Western for many years. My first encounter was a new install on studio building, and the professionalism and care for my property was impressive. Since then, they've serviced my home system and I trust them enough to send them to service elderly parents' home. They were friendly and answered all of their questions. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need, or pressure me for additional services. This is what most people call "old fashioned" service. I'm glad they're keeping old fashioned service alive. It's hard to put a value on that. 10/10 will call them again. read more

Unreasonably priced - found a bad wire connection at compressor of AC unit. Charged 89.99 for visit (I was aware; no problem) then charged a additional 280.00 to reconnect the wires. Total cost of 369.99. I asked what the hourly labor rate is and was told 150.00. Technician was there less than 1 hour. No parts were replaced except a section to a wire (maybe a few dollars in cost). When I challenged the price the owner gave me a $20 discount. Was considering purchasing a new unit with them in the near future. Given that they may have had a major purchase and customer you would think they would be reasonable in their charge. The service was fine it is the price charged for such a minimal job I am not happy with! read more

Amazing service! We had tried to line up at least 6 people to repair our AC. No one would ever return our call or they never showed up for the appointment we had. These people answered the phone, set up the appointment, arrived when they said they would, explained repair needed and took care of everything. Such a great service! Our heater was not working and we went through our Home Warranty and Western Aire was sent out. It was last minute and Steve was able to come out the same day (he fit us into his schedule) and help up get our heat working. He did not show up until 7:00pm because his jobs ran over but he did come! And he was honest and helped us get heat within minutes! I recommend this place. The service was great and they were very nice on the phone when I kept calling to see where he was. I am thankful that there are still honest people working in this world!
