Then they left a hole in the control box and an animal got into it, frying the control board. Had to pay another $2000 to have the problem troubleshooted by an electrician who insisted the issue was the AC after the Haynes people said they could not find the issue. Finally hired another AC company and the problem was discovered immediately. Outrageous situation that should never have happened and is fundamentally insulting. F***ing awful. Will NEVER do business with them again. Unacceptable price for unacceptable service. Last cent they will ever see from me. F***ing con artists pretending to be an AC company. PISSED OFF BAD.

So imagine how much worse I felt when I went downstairs the next morning - only to discover that the entire downstairs was flooded. ARGH! I turned the unit off and scheduled an appointment with my regular A/C guy. He said he wouldn't be able to get out until this Saturday - but since the whether was so mild - and would be until Saturday - he recommended just shutting the unit off until then. No worries, right? So I turned it off. Only to discover yet another puddle of water overflowing into the family room again the next day. I figured I needed someone ASAP . . . so . . . I went on nextdoor.com and found a posting with several replies / recommendations - and Wade Heating was one of the posts with a glowing recommendation. I called about 5 minutes after 5pm - and left a message for the after hours team. A service technician called me back less than 20 minutes later and quickly put my mind at ease. He was kind, patient and courteous. He asked me several questions and took me a through a checklist of trouble-shooting tasks. He did not attempt to alarm me - like a less scrupulous person might have done - and explained to me why I might have been seeing the additional water a few hours later. He suggested that I give the office a call the next day - and I did. Great customer service so far!

I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY…read moreI have used Wade Heating and Air for years. I assumed they were giving me the standard pricing and didn't do my research. I had one unit go out in Sept of 2017 and the other in 2019. I have spent well over $15,000 on two A/Cs and two furnaces. It was a rental unit so I went with the cheapest route. They kept calling me back to increase the price. How does a new A/C unit NOT fit an older furnace? It looks like you taped the two together anyway!!! Now it's 2020 and the house is being sold. The home inspector states the downstairs furnace doesn't work. I am 2 hours away and working so I call Wade heating and air. They come and put 2 AAA batteries in the thermostat and it works. Anthony there at Wade charged me $24.36 FOR 2 AAA batteries!!!! I understand the $79 service call charge but who do you think you are charging me $24.36 for 2 AAA batteries. I looked back on the 2 furnaces and air conditioners that I purchased and was way overcharged for those also. I will never use wade heating and air again. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere and save your money!

This gentleman's organization had an emergency in ALABAMA that he needed to deal with and they couldn't rearrange the schedule. He was also short handed with help. This human, because he cared that there was a pregnant woman in the house, finished the job in Alabama, drove to my home, completed the repair at 8:30 at night and did it quickly and quietly so as not to "disturb the family". THIS PERSON understands service, was as efficient as I've ever seen and was the nicest individual I've ever dealt with when it comes to HVAC service. If you need HVAC and you don't call this company... simply stated you will be sorry. Kobe, a HUGE thank you from my family! Great work!

We also had been having headaches -- I was worried about carbon monoxide or something. So I called Andrew Graham -- 3rd generation hvac and plumbing guy -- and he came and diagnosed the problem inside my heater. Yes, it has a few years on it, but he thought if we tried a thorough cleaning of the system that maybe it would keep working well for a few more years. Yup... the tech found it was DOG HAIR clogging it up -- not just the filters -- I change them monthly -- but it was a black mass that was blocking the heat from coming through. SO SO Happy to not have to buy a new furnace this year!! Now it is keeping us warmer than ever and we are breathing well. No more headaches from the furnace!

Here's a nice detailed review for the HVAC hunter:…read more This was a 5 month ordeal that these folks fixed in a matter of days: We got a new heat pump through our warranty company back in Sept 2014. The original contractor that installed our Air Handler were atrocious. The unit was not installed right, building codes were violated, parts were not replaced, vents were restricted, and the emergency heat didn't work, fuses were blowing on a weekly basis. After 2 other companies failed to come fix our unit, our warranty company assigned Anglin air to come out. I got my first phone call the same day they were assigned to the case. The dispatcher, Judy, did an A1 job throughout the entire process. From scheduling, to updates, to detailing what needed to be done, I was informed the whole way through. Not to mention, I was in Utah for 4 days and these guys did the ENTIRE job before I got home. I trusted them to get in and out, sight unseen to me, and just relying on my home security system to make sure there was no funny business. Came home on the fourth day and went to our attic to inspect the work. They did a compete makeover. Changing supports, adding new duct work, replacing the duct tape I had to use to keep the thing in one piece with actual concrete plaster-like material. Turned on the air and swoosh all systems are on full blast. I even noticed some insulation reinforcement on our freon lines which were not there before. I'm no HVAC expert but I seriously wish I had these guys the first time around. This ordeal was a complete nightmare until Anglin sent their troops in. I have pictures of their work which I am adding: I'm all about "The proof is in the pudding" well...pictures, not pudding (yum) so check it out. They earned this 5 star review hand over hand.
